I’ve been using this product for several weeks now, and it has definitely lived up to the advertising. I noticed a difference during my first workout. My muscles are fuller, I definitely have more energy during my workouts, and I recover faster between sets. The container is smaller than I expected, but when you consider the daily dose is only 5 grams (1 teaspoon,) it will last for a long time.

My partner weight trains and uses this product. We both have coffee in the morning and I mix the recommended amount into his; the change in taste and consistency is very subtle, but overall palatable. In terms of results, we can definitely tell when he’s not taking it. Hope this helps...

I’m a competitive bodybuilder (currently 310 off-season pounds at 6’3”) so I take 10 grams of this creatine in my post workout drink and I believe it does help with my muscle recovery and growth after my heavy lifting days. It dissolves VERY easily and there is no taste or after taste. The price is a little higher than other creatines on the market but that’s because it uses Creapure so you know exactly what you’re getting: tested quality ingredients. If you want to fuel your workouts, prevent fatigue, and speed recovery, buy this creatine.

It does not dissolve completely when mixed there chucks and they go to the bottom only good if you're on a budget.

I have purchased this brand of creatine many times over the past several years. I mix it in a little water. In the past it didn't have any noticeable taste. But this particular container of creatine has an almost chemical solvent after-taste to it. It almost tastes a little like kerosene or something similar. Not overwhelming, but noticeable.So considering I have purchased this regularly over the years and hadn't noticed this, I am disappointed with this container. Not sure if I am even going to finish this container, to be honest. Also not sure if it was an issue with manufacturing, or I just got a bad bottle, but I'm pretty sure creatine shouldn't have a taste.

Seems to work well, no complaints, except in the interest of trying other products to find the best, I am going to try no bull creatine after this is gone. I would use this again without complaints, just want to see if the no bull brand is better. This appears to have clean ingredients.

This has helped me get Creatine on a diet that doesn't include meat. And it's impact is outstanding—probably the only supplement I've used that actually has an impact.
