PREMIUM WOOD CONSTRUCTION : The set is made from Baltic birch, the smoothest and flattest plywood on the market. We use our proprietary process to adhere a vinyl layer on top of the boards, which offers consistent play no matter the temperature or humidity. All of our board frames are made with 1”x 4” hardwood poplar. A crossbar helps support the legs and keep the board sturdy. We use a wood computer to make the finest cuts and pocket screws to hide all hardware. We’ve even added handles in the frame for easier transportation. DESIGN DETAILS: Our designs are second to none. Our graphics team is very detailed oriented as well as talented. Holding ourselves to the highest of standards to make sure that every design is unique and eye capturing. Every board top is printed with UV protected ink so that the image will not fade, no matter the weather. FAST AND UNIQUE PRODUCTION PROCESS: We would never substitute quality for quantity, but why not have both? With our unique and fast moving production process we have the ability to generate both!
