HYLOGY Pulse Oximeter, Oxygen Monitor Finger for Pulse Rate and SpO2 Level with LED Display(Black)

This neat little device does two things: it measures your pulse and your SpO2 levels.It’s used straight out of the box. Just clip it on to your index finger, press the only button and wait a few seconds and the reading appears which constantly updates. The screen itself is very clear to read and the orientation can be changed by pressing the button until the preferred orientation is found. There is also an audible pulse beat. It turns itself of a few seconds after removing from finger.If you want to quickly monitor your pulse and oxygen saturation level then this little pulse oximeter is ideal. Recommended.

Arrived very quickly, before expected date. Have not been able to check for accuracy yet, but will do when possible. The pulse shown is the same as that on my BP monitor so that seems correct. Not sure about the O2 level shown as sometimes has been much lower than expected. This may or may not correlate with the GP's monitor - just not sure yet.I cannot give a 5 star review yet as I am unable to verify that the results are correct. I will change my review in future if all is as it should be.

Overall build and feel looks good. It is easy to use and you should be up and running in a few minutes after fitting 2 x AAA batteries - which are not supplied so make sure you have some. I would have liked the finger clamping pressure to be a little more than what it is as it feels as though it wants to fall off your finger. I like the display and the charting. Overall I think it is a good buy and would recommend it. Does what it says on the tin.

Can't fault this little device, it's been a godsend for my husband during lockdown, he suffers from emphysema and hasn't been able to see a GP since before the lockdown started, only telephone consultation is available, when his oxygen level were really low he was advised to get to A&E, they discovered he'd been suffering from a low level pneumonia probably for a couple of months. It would seem you have to diagnose yourself during these crazy times. I have tried another make which was more expensive and less reliable, therefore I would recommend this device to anyone in a similar situation.

I like it's small, light and easy to use.I checked the accuracy of the pulse rate with the old fashioned stopwatch and finger on pulse and it's bang on.I checked all the family and we all have spo2 of 96-98% which is fine.I bought it because of a recent article by PHE about people with Covid being monitored by pulse oxymeter to determine if and when hospital intervention could be needed.Hopefully it will never be used, and if it is, hopefully the readings won't drop below 90 but it's cheap enough to have as a reassurance especially as my wife has asthma.

After a lot of reading reviews on other oximeters available on Amazon I chose this one. It is not the strongest device so use it carefully and take care when taking off the back to insert the batteries. My first oxygen reading was 97% and pulse 72 bpm. My husband was 98 and 69. I have put it away (minus batteries) and hopefully won’t need it but it’s there to check oxygen levels if the family get Covid. I hope it will work then. It does now.

This device offers so much reassurance after our 5 year old son was recently discharged from hospital suffering severe breathing difficulties & low oxygen levels due to Covid-19.I can happily say it’s been the best purchase we’ve made in a long time. It definitely removes the guesswork when trying to establish when a hospital visit is necessary.

Place on finger and press the button on the front to start measuring. If you tilt your finger the display follows from horizontal to vertical.Very clear display and accurate readings obtained from this when compared to my other pulse oximeter.Highly Recommended!
