Customer service was great! the pump was faulty, I emailed them and they were super helpful and responsive. Got an answer within 24h and they shipped a new cushion and pump without any charge!The cushion is good, and helps with posture.

UPDATE: After a few weeks use, this has a couple of tears / holes and can no longer be or stay inflated - so I'm sending it back.I actually bought this for my home gym, but that's not ready yet as it's full of stuff from other rooms while we are working on the house. I've tried it for balancing, and it's good, but I'm mainly using it now for when I'm sat at my desk - either to sit on or use as lumbar support - as it helps me sit better and eases the pressure on my back. It was easy to inflate, with the included pump and needle, and is made of good quality / heavy duty material - so not thin - to give you confidence that it can support your weight.

I searched hard for 2 balance cushions and thought I had found what I wanted with a 2 pack according to the photograph of this product.I received one.When I decided to accept this I used the supplied pump to inflate the cushion.It broke literally on the second compression of the pump!I had a cycle pump with the correct aperture so I used that.Once inflated I stood on it and it is very uncomfortable and does not really work for balancing, which is why I bought it.As a seat cushion, it's probably fine.I sent it back immediately for a refund. Rubbish.

No pump was included in the package, luckily it is the same as a football adapter so managed to inflate.Good product for the money, shame about the pump.

DENach Erhalt des Produktes war festzustellen, dass sich ein chemischer Geruch von dem Kissen absonderte.Das liegt wahrscheinlich an den Weichmachern, die aus dem Produkt ausdünsten.Da die Pumpe nicht mitgeliefert wurde, dauerte es einige Tage, bis die Nutzung starten konnte.(Nach einigen Tagen des Wartens, konnte ich das fehlende Produkt kostenlos nachbestellen.An dieser Stelle Lob an den Kundenservice)Das Kissen erfüllt definitiv seinen Zweck. Die Lieferung war sehr zügig und unkompliziert.Das Kissen an sich ist vom Material her nicht hochwertig, aber auch nicht minderwertig. Für den Zweck völlig ausreichend. Leider ist die mitgelieferte Pumpe nicht zu gebrauchen. Ich habe zwei Kissen bestellt und jeweils ist die verklebte Plastik-Luftpumpe sofort defekt gewesen. Daher - wenn ihr bestellt, sorgt für eine eigene Luftpumpe, um das Kissen aufzupumpen.

Das Balancekissen, samt Zubehör, kommt sicher verpackt in einer Kartonverpackung.Es muss vom Benutzer noch, je nach Bedarf, aufgepumpt werden. Eine entsprechende kleine Pumpe befindet sich im Lieferumfang.Das Balancekissen ist von guter Qualität und riecht nicht unangenehm nach Kunststoff. Es hat zwei verschiedene Noppengrößen. Es erfüllt seinen Zweck und eignet sich für viele Gleichgewichtsübungen.Ich würde es auf jeden Fall wieder kaufen!

Einfach aber sehr gutes Produkt. Alles dabei (Pumpe etc).Bin gespannt ob es etwas bringt. Ist aber denke ich gut fürs HomeOffice, ohne perfekten Bürostuhl.

Ich benutze das Kissen auf Arbeit, da ich den ganzen Tag am Schreibtisch sitze.Leider hält das Kissen keine Luft, sodass ich es ungelogen aller 2 Stunden neu aufpumpen kann.Absoluter Fehlkauf!
