Love boka, but not this flavor
First of all, let me start with the most important thing- if you’re considering switching to a nano hydroxyapatite toothpaste, you’ve already waited too long IMO. I have had extremely sensitive teeth since childhood (think having to curl your lips over your front teeth when you drink a glass of room temp water) and have used a sensitivity, toothpaste, almost as long, with minimal help I found this toothpaste a few years ago when n-Ha was just becoming a thing over here in the US and within a month or two my sensitivity was probably 70% improved, and while I still have a small amount of sensitivity, I’d say at this point it is probably 80 to 90% better- I almost never even notice it anymore. I never had any issues with cavities or anything like that, but I fully believe that it is re-mineralizing and would help someone who is prone to cavities and other things. The added bonus is that while I use whitening strips every now and then, it’s been over a year since the last time I whitened my teeth, and my friends still comment about how white my teeth look, despite being a daily coffee drinker for the last seven years. I’ve tried multiple flavors of Boka and my only qualm is that my favorite flavor so far was only seasonal and is no longer available, which was the cherry blossom (if anyone from the Boca company is reading this, this is an official request for you to please bring that flavor back and keep it!) so I’ll describe the other flavors in more detail: Ela Mint: this was the companies first flavor they came out with as far as I’m aware, and I initially liked it a lot when switching from a regular toothpaste as I still wanted to have that minty fresh taste in my mouth, but this is way more mild than normal toothpaste. It’s just a gentle hint of mint. Very nice if you’re just switching over from a mint toothpaste and are also worried about your mouth not feeling fresh enough. Lemon lavender: I no longer care for a mint flavor and I really like this. It is not tart in any way and tastes more like a lemon custard or lemon yogurt, pretty sweet as well. I don’t really get any notes of lavender when I use it and though lavender should be used sparingly so it doesn’t taste soapy, I would appreciate just a little bit more of the lavender flavor to actually call it lemon lavender. Right now it’s more like the Yoplait lemon yogurt Strawberry basil: I just got this flavor today and I almost considered knocking my review down one Star because of it. When I first put the toothbrush in my mouth, I just got a strong taste of basil and hardly any strawberry. The strawberry came out a little more as I continued to brush, but the basil is just overpowering, and I am not a fan in any way. I ordered the strawberry mango kids toothpaste for my child and I am looking forward to that one when it comes in, glad I ordered a three pack as I think that will be more promising since I like both strawberry and mango flavors on their own, and I may steal one of those tubes for myself Overall: there are so many flavors to try out so you’ll probably find one you like and regardless, this is just short of a miracle product for your teeth. I can’t recommend this toothpaste enough. (But please I do hope the flavors either get tweaked or they bring back the cherry blossom soon!)

My Experience with This Whitening & Gentle Care Toothpaste ✨🦷
I’ve been using this toothpaste for a few months, and I’m really impressed. Here’s what I think: • Whitening Power: The Nano-hydroxyapatite (n-Ha) really works! My teeth look brighter, and I feel like my enamel is being repaired naturally. 🌟 • Safe & Biocompatible: I love that it’s non-toxic and safe for daily use. It gives me peace of mind, especially for my whole family. 🧪💚 • Perfect for Sensitive Teeth: It’s gentle but effective—no irritation, just a soothing clean. Great for anyone with sensitive teeth! 😊 • Taste & Freshness: The mint, green tea, and a hint of cardamom make brushing enjoyable. My breath feels fresh and clean! 🌿🌬️ • Clean Ingredients: I appreciate that it’s free from fluoride, sulfates, parabens, artificial flavors, and colors. Just a natural, safe formula. ✨🚫 Overall, I highly recommend this toothpaste if you want a safe, effective, and enjoyable whitening experience! 👍 Toothbrush for size comparison

The Best Toothpaste On the Market That’s Fluoride Free
I have been using this Boka toothpaste for over 4 years now and I am so happy and content with this brand! First off, it is fluoride free! Hydroxyapatite is a better alternative for protecting your teeth and isn’t as toxic as fluoride. All of the other fluoride free tooth paste brands always lead to cavities because you do need something to protect your teeth otherwise you’re not cleaning them and instead you’re just polishing them. Outside of feeling better about not using toxic products, I have noticed my teeth looking more and more whiter the longer I use this toothpaste. I get so many compliments on my teeth and am asked how I get them so white naturally. As someone who drinks a lot of coffee and tea and loves teeth staining foods, this toothpaste really plays a big role in keeping them white. And last but not least, this toothpaste has CURED my sensitivity. I always struggled with cavities as a kid and it has lead to extreme sensitive teeth well into adulthood to both hot and cold drinks and foods. Just drinking cold ice water used to make me get painful zingers. Ever since I have started using this toothpaste my teeth have never felt better. I can enjoy cold ice cream and hot beverages without a problem. It took about two weeks of using this toothpaste to notice a major difference and the longer you use it the better it works for you. Hydroxyapatite also can help to reverse really small cavities and is very protective. Once or twice a month I will even place a little amount of the toothpaste into my retainers and sleep at night with it inside to help whiten, protect against cavities, and help with my sensitivity. The toothpaste isn’t super foamy (which is a good thing) and a little goes a long way. Doesn’t get messy. The toothpaste tube is about the average or normal size as all the other brands. Overall this toothpaste has been a game changer and I’m so glad I found Boka when I did. For the same price as the average toothpaste at Walmart it is WORTH it.

Good Taste, but what % of Nano Hydroxyapatite?
I've been using Boka Nano Hydroxyapatite for a several months and it's not bad. The flavor is good and leaves my mouth feeling fresh. It brings a decent amount to last the month. My only concern is that the company doesn't state what percentage of Nano Hydroxyapatite is in the toothpaste, so you have to "trust" their proprietary formula. That's not good enough for me, so I've docked them a star and will likely look for a different brand since my dentist recommends at least 10%.

I’ve been using the Boka Nano-Hydroxyapatite toothpaste for a while now, and I have to say, I really like it. I wanted a fluoride-free option that still does a good job, and this one has been great. The Ela Mint flavor is super refreshing—not overpowering, just nice and clean. I’ve heard the Orange Cream flavor is good too, so I’ll probably give that a try next. The biggest win for me is how gentle it is. My teeth are pretty sensitive, and this has been such a relief to use. My teeth feel smoother, look a bit whiter, and my gums feel healthier too. It’s nice knowing it helps with remineralization, which you don’t always get with fluoride-free toothpaste. Yeah, it’s a bit pricier than your usual toothpaste, but honestly, it feels worth it. I think of it as an investment in my teeth. If you’re curious or on the fence, I’d say give it a shot—I’ve been really happy with it.
