Excellent product! Very soft and comfortable. Exactly what I was lookig for. It folds perfectly and comes with a mattress protector. The foam is thick enough to offer a pleasant rest. I am happy with the my purchase and recommend it one hundred percent.

I bought this specifically to replace the spring mattress that came with our sofa bed in our 5th wheel. The queen size fits well and expanded to the full advertising size. The metal frame and bars are not a problem anymore. Originally I had put a 2” memory foam topper on the springs but have been unhappy with that setup as the metal frame was still a nuisance. Furthermore, the extra mattress thickness made folding the bed in a problem. This mattress fold in properly. I’m 74 and 6’4” 245 and while I do not intend to use this as a primary sleeper, I could, I believe, use this sofa in a pinch without a problem. My wife agrees that we made a wise choice in this mattress and she feels comfortable using it as a secondary bed. No complaints. Hope this helps someone in there decision

Measure your frame! We have a queen size and this mattress is too small -- I didn't measure my frame beforehand and trusted the "queen size" so I'm not deducting from the rating because that was my fault. This is just a word of caution to everyone else. Expensive mistake. That being said, it is significantly more comfortable than the mattress that came with the bed. I can feel where the bar is, but it is very minimal and so much better than before. I think this is a great purchase and it was worth the money. It is a tight squeeze to fold back up, but it does fold back up.

Good fit. Got this to replace the mattress on the hideaway. Fits the couch nicely. True to size. Everyone that has used it at the lake saybuts comfortable and good quality. Couch still folds up early. Ship was good. Removing it from package was easy as well.

Makes my old sofa bed feel as comfortable as a regular bed. My son gave this to me as a birthday gift to use in my small pied-à-terre NYC studio apartment. (He probably had an ulterior motive since he and his girlfriend occasionally use the apartment when they come in from out-of-town and mentioned that the old mattress was uncomfortable!) It was delivered free by FedEx within in 9 days coming from California. Since it was vacuum packed, the box was only about 4 feet tall and 1 foot wide (which another reviewer pointed out before I purchased it). My old mattress was 72" x 59". This one is slightly longer than advertised at about 72.5" (which was no problem in fitting my frame since the foam compresses a bit making for a perfect fit) but only 58" wide. However, this 1" difference is not a problem. The small space on the width of the frame is hardly noticeable. Furthermore it's no problem at all when sitting on the side of the mattress, say to get up or put on your shoes, since the foam is nice and firm. One of my concerns was that since my old mattress was only 4" thick and this one is 4.5", I might have a problem closing the bed. To my surprise it closed fine. The best feature is that you don't feel the support bars of the frame AT ALL! A great added feature is that it comes with a no-skid, washable zippered mattress cover for extra protection and comfort. All in all, this was a great buy. We'll see how well it holds up in the long run.

10 times better than the mattress that came in the queen sofa. No springs in the back and fits perfect when you close it up. Has a nice zip cover on it also. I could have bought one of the other brands cheaper but glad I didn’t. Worth the extra cost.

Item arrived sealed in plastic but had a spot in the cover. I’d rather it didn’t come already stained but it looked like something that happened in factory while packaging or something and it is minimal. Also, the cover is washable and I was covering it with a mattress pad and sheets so I wasn’t too concerned. I opened the zipper and let it sit for three days to fully expand. Then I zipped the cover and put the bed away. Took a minor bit of wrestling to get it folded into the sofa the first time, second time much easier. My parents slept on for 5 nights and said it was very comfortable. I’ll try to remember to update after time/use have shown it’s longevity.
