Heavy duty non stick
Nice pan, heavy duty and easy to clean as non stick. Just keep turning your food as it will stick to the pan and it will need a soak, but cleans up well using a pan brush

It always looks very clean!
I've had this for a couple of months now and it still looks very clean, which is important to me when something has to have food cooked on it. It also washes well, even in the dishwasher.

Distorts when heated
Easy to clean but the tray base distorts when heated in an oven. It regains its flat shape once cooled but thisn't quite the quality and sturdiness I had hoped for.

Bends out of shape every time it goes in the oven. Not professional standard.

Get Prestige instead I'm afraid
Got this out of the oven after pre-heating for some cakes and the thing buckled in a big bang. Also its a pig to clean and has started rusting or getting marks on the bottom. Wouldn't buy again.
