I have absolutely no complaints about this stool! My dog is getting a little older, so hip arthritis is a concern with her and I just added about 6 inches of topper to my mattress so we needed a leg up. And I'm sorry, I dont care for the look of those itty bitty doggy stools. This one matched my bedroom decor nicely and is easy for her bigger frame to maneuver than little stairs. And let's my turdlers climb in bed with us in the middle of the night. LolDirections were straight forward and it was very easy to put together. I had no damage to any pieces, extra screws were sent in the package, and the nicest thing was that the screws were long enough to catch the steps nicely so they don't feel weak or wobbly at all. I especially like that the feet come with little non scratch pads since we have wood floors in our bedroom. My boys have jumped on the steps and they don't budge under them. Really it's a fabulous little stool that is ACTUAL wood and not particle board crap.

I love this stepstool. I bought it to keep in my closet so I could reach the top shelves and it serves that purpose well.All the holes were drilled and aligned correctly. As advertised, it came with extras of each screw/peg needed for assembly. Assembly required some upper body strength and finger dexterity, but I was able to easily put it together using only the tools provided. I love that there is an option to keep extra bits in the little plastic box and stick it to the underside of the stool.It feels very sturdy and comfortable to stand on and easily supports a 220lb adult.

I found this step stool to be very sturdy and lightweight just as advertised. It does not slide around easily on marble floors, which is great, that was something I was concerned about. It holds my 35 pound son well. Hope this will get better with time I must closely monitor him also in the kitchen when he is at the counter helping, because he is so young he moves around without being aware of his surroundings, The stool moves of course. But all in all I am very satisfied with the stool. If you have a child that likes to climb things, I’m sure they will enjoy this product, my son did not want to use the potty until he realize he had to climb up on something to get there. I like the natural color of pine, the texture is clear and beautiful,elastic and breathable,with beautiful knots,restore the classic wood look.I would definitely recommend this product to a friend.

Everything fit together perfectly and is very sturdy. Very thoughtful of the makers toinclude one extra of each piece of hardware which stores in a plastic box and storesunder the stool. It could have included a more sturdy tool to turn the allen wrench with.I improvised by using a small nut driver.

Super sturdy and thick. It’s so convenient and light enough for me to carry around. It gives me the extra height to reach the top of my closet and kitchen shelves.It looks sleek, clean, and minimalist with a slight farmhouse feel. It IS slippery if you are wearing socks, I advise you to take those off first.

I'm a girthy guy and have to be mindful of the things I step on to. This stool is VERY sturdy and I have no trouble using it. Took a little bit to put it together and it is unfinished but sanded. Might want to stain or paint it if you don't like the natural look. It also isn't varnished so it can be susceptible to staining with liquids.The pads on the bottom are also nice because it will slide across our kitchen so it is easily moved around with your feet.

Great steps once we got them put together. Instructions were mostly pictures, no detail. One of the wooden support bars didn't have a screw hole drilled into one end. There was a wood workman at my home and he drilled out the bar for me and finished assembling the steps. Otherwise, I would have tossed them out. Now that they are finished it's a very good product and we're happy with it.

I had to send the step stool back. The screws did not fit the holes. And the holes were not drilled all the way through. If I wanted to keep it I would have to go to the hardware store and find screws that fit and then drill the holes. Disappointed in the quality. But then it's from china. Looking for a step stool made in the USA. I should have known.

I received a damaged item. One of the legs was broken. See the image attached. I do not want a refund but needs a replacement.Update: I received a replacement promptly from the sellers. Excellent customer service! and rate this at 4 stars. The one star missing is on account of the lack of clarity in the assembling guide and the clumsy inadequate way the fixing of the middle step is designed. Aesthetically very pleasing product.

When assembled, the stool is sturdy and nicely finished. However, the machine screw that secures the lower step into the frame didn't fit into the threads in the hole in the lower step. Either a different screw (i.e., one that fit) should have been supplied or the threads in the hole should have matched the screw supplied. Also, the holes for the screws that held the frame together were quite tight and required a good deal of force to install (almost as if the screws were sized metric and the holes imperial or vice versa).

This is a good buy. As soon as you start assembling it and see how well it’s painted and finished you know it’s great quality. It’s a true grey colour, sturdy...a little bit pricy but overall am really happy with it!

Instructions were not clear, attaching the bottom step was difficult as the pre drilled screw hole was the wrong size for the screws provided. That said, it’s a nice looking step stool and I kept it because of that. The bottom step moved up and down because it’s held in place only with a wooden dowel.

This stool was working great as a kid-friendly kitchen step stool. However a middle screw came lose about a month in and caused a big hole to be made on the first step. Unfortunately we are now outside our return window. For the price I’m pretty disappointed that it broke a month in!
