Poor quality
Bought this item as I've had Kong toys for my dog before and they have lasted months. I'm not lieing when I say this lasted no longer that 10 minutes.My dog was not being particularly rough nor was it used for any type of tug o war style of playing. The quality is poor at best, avoid at all costs!

Great design a little weak…
I’ve bought many kong dog toys and have always found them really tough, durable and brilliantly designed. This one is a great design- very appealing and attractive to the dog. Easy to pick up and throw - the long neck is great! My only negative point is that the little wings didn’t last more than a couple of hours- they’re not made out of tough/reinforced fabric. Expected them to last longer. Still pleased as it’s a favourite toy and still got some life left in the tough parts that have rope inside!

Puppy only played with it for five minutes and ripped it open and found him Chewing the wadding.

My dog LOVES these Kong-Rope-Toys!
My dog LOVES these Kong-Rope-Toys and carefully carries each of them round the house, one at a time, until they are all with him wherever he has chosen to sit! He's got quite a collection of them now including hippo, teddy, ottypus, fox and, now, duck which has quickly become his favourite of favourites! They are very durable - admittedly, he has never left any teeth or nail marks on ANYTHING - but he does shake them all vigorously in an attempt to make them squeak. I won't buy anything except Kong-Rope-Toys now and, at the circa £10 price paid for each, they offer excellent value for money as they are so durable and last forever!

Not as robust as stated.or expected
I have a 9 month old pointer. The duck lasted three days , I repaired the first rip. Shortly after she managed to remove plastic neck and the whole toy was in bits, no where near as strong as previous kong toys.

Happy Dog!
A Christmas gift for the dog!She loves it and the squeaker is more of a honk so not ear shatteringly high and irritating! Usual robust quality you expect from this brand.
