It works and is pet safe* (unless you have rodent pets I guess)
This stuff is working how it should. We had to get more to keep the process going but there is far less rodent activity in the house than there was before. I’d recommend this to friends who were also having rodent problems especially since it’s been safe to use around our cats

Ineffective for urban environments
This is a product I'd like to be able to support. But in reality, this seems ineffective. The pellets are unpalatable for any rodent that has options. They pretty much have to be starving ... my guess. The first night I set this out, it appeared I had some hits. Only to find piles of chewed up pellets that were probably spit out, the product being unpalatable.I coated with PB powder ... licked off. Soaked in peanut oil. Just moved around. At the end of the day, this is basically saltine crackers. And rodents with options will not spend their time on it.I should add, some was eaten. But they must need to eat a lot. I have cameras set up. There is a lone rat. A big boy. But he clearly didn't eat enough.

eco clear rat x pellets review
i put pellets on plate inside house & in 10 minutes i had dead baby rat by the plate...i put pellets on plate outside & next day checked & 4 dead baby rats by the plate...you can enhance it by adding baking soda & jiffy corn muffin or cake mix to the pellets or try adding corn meal & salt which is what rat x is...also you can try adding different bait to it..cheese, dog food , fruits, seeds nuts , bacon & grease, choclates , corn meal & portland cement mix jams em up cant poop & goodbye, baking soda rats only cant burp or fart & gas builds up & their guts blow out goodbye..this stuff wont hurt other animals olnly rats except for the cement & corn meal one..all the other stuff is ok.... you can use a blender or food processor to mix it up....they loved the baking soda & corn bread mix... i got one big adult one that got caught in victor wood snap trap & freed himself..now he sets em off and then eats the peanut butter but he never in the trap..ive been trying for 6 months to get rid of him but he up all night banging & clanging in the kitchen...rats knocked over heavy boxes in storage..i couldnt believe a rat pushing over 40 lb boxes full of stuff..the room looks like a thief ran sacked it tossed the room..bunch of rats got in thru the window screen open 2 iches for air...i had the house rat proofed all the crawl screens & vent pipes on roof screened up..one guy wanted $1100 but he was perfectionist spotted every crack nook & cranny....i went with cheap $240 guy who was a crook had to have him come back several times after i had his work rechecked by another company . he was lazy and skipped roof vent pipes he lied said he did.i had to have him make video showing pipes on roof which he lied doing..in summer with windows open they'l come right inside ..rat proofing wont matter...once your on their visit list..their scent keeps em coming past trails....the pest control company bait stations were useless scam...they charge a lot for them too. they didnt do a thing..baking soda & jiffy cornbread mix and these pellets ground up in plastic food storage boxes with a hole cut in them put around your house inside & out will do it better...try all kinds of baits till you find what your critters like ....if you give up there is a250 repeater rat trap that automatically catches rats..you just fill the hopper up with sunflower seeds or peanuts and the top of the trap door drops rats into a holding cage to release them over 10 miles away or drown in water to kill them...or buy real rat poison baits on amazon but raccoons..possums , hawks , owls , dogs , cats , coyotes etc will eat the dead rats & they will die too...

Inconclusive results. Maybe it worked, maybe it didn't.
A rat invaded our house for around a month. Since it avoided the sticky traps I baited and laid out, I tried snap traps with gel attractant, peanut butter or cheese. No takes.I then decided to just poison the sucker so I found this and placed it around the areas of activity inside of a small dixie cup. No takes. The rat was more interested in the roots of our snake plant so I cut the dixie cup walls down to about half an inch and smeared a thin layer of peanut butter inside and piled this stuff on top, then placed it inside the plant pot. Success! I did this for about a week and went through 3/4th of the bag.By this time my wife is getting fed up with the lack of results so I moved on to another product that is basically a small green block. I left a few of those out across 2-3 days and the activity stopped. The dog was uncharacteristically attracted to the bottom of our couch one day so I moved it back and lo and behold, a dead rat.It didn't smell so perhaps this product's claim of dehydrating them is true and it played a role in the eventual success but I really can't say since I "poisoned" the data by adding another solution at the same time.

Rats ate is every night -- soon 3 dead rats.
So I tried this Rat treatment. I have gotten 3 dead rats so far. I am in a city environment and the rats are living under the lowest step of our front stoop. I did not do any peanut butter, saran wrap etc., just dumped the entire bag down the rats holes and covered the holes each night. All the bait is gone the next morning and holes were re-opened. There were less number holes reopened. It took 3 full bags gone before the first dead rat appeared, and now I have 3 dead. Still applying each day a full bag each day and will keep applying until the holes are not re-opened. I am guessing they eating all this inside their den and not foraging outside a lot. i think this a very low dose product so they can say its not harmful to pets. That is why I have used so much of it . I ordered more since its taking a bag a day, but a can't argue when I am getting results. It's a bit pricey, but need have this done.
