Gorgeous
This isn’t spicy chilli: it’s smoky, and deep and utterly gorgeous.We initially bought it for making kimchi but now we throw it in, and on, absolutely anything savoury that we make. It adds a smoky paprika element to it, with a gentle heat at the back... baked potatoes, chicken, eggs, pasta sauce; heck, even ham and cheese sandwiches. It really does go with pretty much anything savoury you’d want to eat.It’s not as cheap as other chilli flakes, but it’s the very best of all chilli flakes and we honestly wouldn’t be without it now.

I love the flavour . Smokiness and not so hot and it goes well with my homemade chilli garlic noodle . Bare in mind that it is not a big packet and expensive but worth buying if you wish to try.

Love it
I’ve ordered it 5 times already. Great taste, I just can’t have enough of it. I use it in kimchi, in stir fry, or even in salad. It’s not actually that hot.

Expensive but full of flavour
It's quite pricy but it gives you a extra flavour for your meal. Love it. I use it together with Gochujang paste, to control level of spiciness (I use half of the Gochujang required and just add a bit of Gochugaru if it's not spicy enough).

Lovely seasoning but wish it stated if it was GF
We first bought it specifically for making kimchi, but now it’s become a staple we sprinkle into just about every savory dish we prepare. It truly complements nearly any savory dish.While it’s pricier than standard chili flakes, it’s undoubtedly the highest quality and has become an essential ingredient in our kitchen. It would also be great to know if it’s gluten-free, as that would be helpful for those with dietary restrictions. We can’t imagine being without it now!
