A Yogic Path Reflective Journal

This is a lovely journal but it’s not updated to include 2023 calendar. It has old moon cycles and years that passed. I’m disappointed. Otherwise a 5 star reflective journal.

I love Sahara, I used to be part of her mighty network collective group, follow her and listen to all her of podcasts. I was excited to get her oracle cards and this journal. I was extra excited to see all the moon cycles and other retrograde dates in the beginning of the book. However the entire calendar for this book is only 2020-2022. I purchased one for myself and one for a gift only to see 2023 was not listed. I was really sad that it’s not updated in the shop.Are you able to send out customers who bought the journal for the new year a newer version? I believe if a new one has not been made, it should have been discounted.Otherwise the setup and book is beautiful.Thank you.

This journal really helped me stay focused on my goals and spiritual growth throughout the year. I’m approaching the final pages, so about to order a second journal to begin next month. Love doing the card pulls at the beginning of each month to get clear on what I need to work on.Another quality I love about this journal is that the daily prompts cover several bases in a short amount of time—perfect for the person who’s busy-busy, but still wants to spend a few minutes each day on self-reflection. 💖Highly recommend this journal and the accompanying card deck : )

I love that I have this to use alongside my planner and journal! When I’m not looking to write much but want that grounding experience of reflection and anchoring in for the day, this makes it so simple. Gorgeous format. I say use it with whatever deck you feel called to that day, but would def. recommend using the Yogic Path deck for monthly spreads, which I show in the pics. Honestly, the stickers are amazing, I would prefer a couple more sets of the cards rather than the more graphic stickers offered, but they are beautiful and useful as well. Maybe some stickers sets could be made to really make this an on going practice, ok people, I hear you...but I grew up having Lisa Frank sticker box collections and that shit is amazing. SO MORE STICKERS! ok, I think I’m good now. Grab this journal, I totally recommend if you are devoted to your spiritual practice and struggle with routine.

I have been looking for a journal that speaks to me for such a long time and when I found this, I knew it was the right one. The book plus the deck made me slow down, tap in, and breath like I hadn’t done before. I am so grateful to Sahara Rose and the designer of the journal and cards because the attention to detail is beyond me and it truly makes you want to become a better human being. After beginning therapy, I knew I needed a journal to create a space for myself to genuinely be me and write down who I want to be. This journal is truly a journey. I highly recommend.

I’ve used many reflective journals but nothing like this one. I love how the journal has a designated places for morning card pulls and for you to reflect a bit deeper. I absolutely love the quality of the journal as well. Not to mention that it’s visually appealing! The images that are included are so fun and beautiful, I love it. Thanks so much Sahara! I got this journal right on my birthday, perfect timing. I highly recommend this journal if you’re looking for a way to align to your highest self.

I have started my Journey with Sahara Rose in 2020 when my digestion, hormonal imbalance, lack of energy guided me to discover Ayurveda.It instantly made sense to me everything Sahara was saying.So I have followed my intuition and started learning a bit of Ayurveda and most importantly I have changed the way I was eating by cooking from Eat Feel Fresh and doing tongue scratching (which I Highly recommend as an everyday routine). These not only led me to more self-care and self-love rituals, but it has improved my energy levels, my sleep and my meditation.Because so many beautiful things started to happen in my life, I have ordered the Yogic Path Cards & Journal. These two tools have taken my life to a whole other level.It helps me stay connected to myself, makes me eager to sit down on my meditation pillow and to see what comes through. It helps me keep my journal & life organised and I can set my intentions for that month, work with the Goddesses, track my period and how I feel.It's been two months since I started using the journal and the cards and all I can say it's a beautiful ride. But this is not all.I have also joined Rose Gold Goddesses and I have been so mind blown by the beauty, the joy, the topics, the Goddesses inside this community. For example, one thing from the community that really helped me is the Healing through Dance workshop which really made so much sense to me and it helped me give another meaning to dance. Now dance is a tool for meditation, for re-connecting to my own body, for moving the stuck energy in different areas of my body, for self-confidence and self-discovery.The benefits of dance from Sahara's perspective are endless. It just really depends how it works for you and how in tune you are with your body.If you have made it all the way here, it means you have a "thing" for Sahara as well and everything she is creating. If you feel attracted, join the community, or get the book, or the cards, or the journal. I originally bought this journal because I loved the oracle card deck so much. However, this journal is worth celebrating in its own right.I would definitely recommend getting the cards as well as the journal as there are spaces to reflect on your card readings.The journal is beautifully laid out, and really intuitive to fill out. I love that I can commit to filling the journal in at the beginning and end of each day as the daily reflections are not too time consuming. At the beginning of each month there are prompts, card spreads, affirmations and mantras to dive deeper into the theme of the month.For over a month, I have been doing a card reading every day and writing in this journal every morning and evening. After such a short space of time, it's unbelievable the transformation I have gone through. I've become more self-aware and more focused on what I need to let go of and what I need to call in.As others have mentioned, the dates are flexible, so you could start filling it in anytime!I really recommend giving this journal a try!

This is a really pretty journal, I like some of the concepts about linking to your monthly cycle and some prompts using the oracle cards, however there isn't much space to write and really delve deep you would need to use a seperate journal, and the one I recieved needed to have the moon cycles updated. They're showing 2021 and 2022.

This is such a beautiful and inspirational journal. I've had the oracle deck (which is stunning) for a while and didn't purchase the accompanying journal at first because I mostly only use art journals. But as I'm planning some lifestyle and spiritual changes next year, I went ahead and purchased this, and I'm so thrilled that I did! It's perfect for what I need and offers some really good prompts for a more reflective and mindful life.

This journal is absolutely beautiful! Just like the lovely Sahara herself :) I love that its not dated so we can come and go as we please and there are also monthly focuses and space end of month reviews, I just love it and can't wait to fill it up! I was also gifted the oracle cards to go along with it, they're just as stunning and I'm sure they're going to become my favourite deck!
