I really think the liquid form potassium is helping me more than the tablets. It's also at a good price. I really think it's a better buy.

I am not an athlete. I just felt so exhausted and felt that every movement was strained. I like to stay busy but I could tell my body was low in something. I have Restless Leg Syndrome. It's become much worse in the last few years. I found a vitamin and mineral regimen that works for me and it includes potassium.
