Problems right out of the box!!!
May 14th 2020 ,just got the phone 10 mins ago and opened the box and tried to turn it on and the battery is dead. Can't even use my new phone. And there isnt any user guide in the box. I know I didn't pay a whole lot for this phone, but I can't even turn the phone on right out of the box. Now that p---es me right off.

Overview
Phone is outdated doesn't have Android 9 like stated. Very slow in processing. A lot of apps will close out. Most likely running Android 5. Phone is pretty useless.
