Don't waste your money!!!
Don’t buy this! The one of the handles broke after just a few weeks. I can’t get the seller to respond.

No tools required my Aunt Fanny! There will be tools!
Don't believe the instructions; you will need tools to assemble it. You'll need 2 flathead screw drivers with beefy heads, one pair of (preferably) needle-nose pliers, one very strong fingernail and lots of patience. After two days and only two screws completed, I figured out that, before I put the screws into the frame, I had to first expand the fasteners. Using the pliers to hold the fastener, I inserted the screws into the fasteners. It wasn't easy. I had to hold the fastener in place, and get the screw started with my fingers, then I could switch to using one screwdriver to hold the fastener and one to screw in the screw. Then I unscrewed them, and began assembling the device. I had to hold the fastener in place first with my fingernail, then with one of the screwdrivers, while also holding the frame steady, all with my left hand, while I screwed the screw into the fastener with my right hand. I worked over my bathroom sink with the drain closed, because the screws and fasteners will go flying when you lose your grip on them. Even my friend who is very good with his hands was defeated by this! He did one screw, then basically said I was on my own lol!. It's a bitch, but putting the screws into the fasteners to expand them first made it much easier. But the device is very sturdy and well-made.

One Star
If someone is strong enough to put socks on this , then he/she can wear the sock without aid. It is very hard for me to put the sock onto the Stocking Aid itself. Not easy to use and looks fragile. Unfortunately I am passed my time limit to return. It is now in my attic waiting for a yard sale.
