Good for price. Doesn’t completely sound proof
it absorbs sound very well, but in terms of sound proofing so that the next room wont hear, it’s alright. It increased in about 1 to 1 and a half inch in size. I used double sided tape to put it up and it worked just fine. Has a toxic smell to it but goes away after a bit.
