A great product for creating puzzles and storing them away. I didn’t have luck with ‘folding mats’ so I really like this firm soft surface for puzzles. The fabric top keeps pieces from sliding and the soft cover keeps puzzles dust free no matter how long it takes to complete! Rigid and yet light enough to easily move from room to room as needed.

The most important thing in picking a puzzle board or mat is the size. I chose this one which is 26” x 36” and I’ll explain why.20” x 30” is standard and a perfect size if you want to move it around or have a small space. HOWEVER, the ads say 20x30 fits most 1000 piece puzzles; this is not true. If you want to buy your puzzles by the size, then that size will work. This photo has a 20” x 30” puzzle on it.But for me, I am a new puzzle aficionado and do them while I’m listening to my business podcasts, which has been great. But it’s frustrating to get 1/4 through a puzzle and find it will not fit on 20“ x 30“. Then you have to slide it off and put it on a table.This puzzle mat is 25.9” x 36”. So, essentially 6” bigger on 2 sides, or an extra 3 inches all the way around. It’s really too big for my apartment and for carrying around. BUT I did a lot of comparisons and decided I’m willing to have the bigger size so that I can fit any puzzle on it.I bought a trifold foam core to keep it more stable because I move mine around a lot, in and out of an elevator, etc.The flannelette cover is nice to the touch. The pieces stay in place but you can also slide groups of them around. I am delighted with my purchase after a month of comparisons!I’m saving the box because it will be a nice place to store it if I want to put it away for a certain amount of time.

We just started using this mat today and it's perfect! The pieces are able to be slid on the mat but it's grippy enough that they don't slide off. We are currently working on a 1000 piece puzzle and the mat is plenty big enough for the puzzle but it doesn't ha e enough space for all the loose pieces around it, which I expected based on the measurements. Our mat arrived in a big box so it has no folds or bends and it is stable enough to be moved for storage off the table. The cover is going to be great, especially for keeping our cats out of the pieces.

I rated this more like 3.5 rounded up to 4 because the cover is amazing! Unfortunately, the board is just too cushioned and thick to help you actually get pieces together especially when working on puzzles that aren’t traditional. The fabric is great but I ended up cutting the box it came in up so I have a piece of cardboard the same size so I can use the cover. I’ll try again with simpler puzzle pieces but for anything non traditional it was a bust. Again though, the cover is awesome and kept my cats away & saved everything when my husband spilled his drink. I wish the cover was able to be bought alone.

We needed something to put a gameboard on so we could move it from the kitchen table without having to take the whole game down. It's not as sturdy as I would like it, but if you're careful it works just fine. Love the cover too because it keeps the game dust free in case we can't get back to the game for a little while.

I wanted a reasonably priced puzzle mat that could be moved around without spilling the pieces. This was the mat I chose, and it works great for 1000 piece puzzles. So far the mat has held up well for several months.

One of the long edges of the board is not smooth. This makes for a surface where the pieces do not lie flat. Also, the board could be a little longer. I am doing a 1000 piece puzzle that barely fits the area.

Prevents the pieces from sliding around. Does not fold, but easy to carry to another area without messing up the puzzle.

This board is amazing. It’s quite big but that’s what I like. This is the 1500 piece board and the puzzle shown is 1000 pc. The pieces stay put but can also slide into place. The cover is cat resistant in too. I give it 👍👍 It’s a bit expensive but I’m worth it 😀

The puzzle mat was much bigger than I thought it was going to be and is nicely finished.

We love the double-sided puzzle board with its dust cover. It was delivered on time and well packaged.It’s very easy to fit the dust cover to which ever side you want to use and it is strong enough to be easily moved around without the jigsaw puzzle falling apart. I would recommend it.

Un achat tout à fait utile pour qui fait des puzzles ! Le tapis feutré est de belle qualité et les pièces ne bougent pas dessus. Le plastique couvrant est souple et tient très bien aux angles mais ne préservera pas le puzzle d'une chute bien sûr. Protège très bien le puzzle des poussières, poils d'animaux...
