If you have ever wanted to be upside down buy it!
OK so I don’t usually leave reviews but this purchase is worth every Penny! I have always wanted to do a handstand. But I’ve never even done a cartwheel. I don’t know if it was fear or if no one ever taught me but it just wasn’t something I know how to do. I have been practicing handstand “movements” for a while now but there was just no way to get myself up! I literally purchased this thing and was in the air within 20 minutes! Because you so much confidence and stability. For reference I am 220 pounds and have degenerative disc disease and arthritis. I was a bartender for 15 years and my body took a beating.So if I can do it anyone can! I went on to practice for about 20 to 30 minutes tonight but I cannot wait to get back up tomorrow!

Amazing tool highly recommend
From the very first time I experienced the straightening of my spine and gentle (hood) popping in areas I didn’t know possible I cannot rave about this product enough! Whether or not you are able to do the headstand at first, there’s huge value through stretching and yoga/other strengthening things this tool helps accomplish.

The media could not be loaded. OK so I originally saw this brand of headstand stands on TikTok so when I did a quick search this was the one that popped up that had the better reviews for heavier weight me personally I weigh 230 pounds and I can get up on that stand very easily it does not hurt my shoulders and I feel very secure and safe it comes with a beautiful guide on how to use it as well quick to put together it probably took me like five minutes maybe 10
