This shake is super convenient since it’s ready to drink — no mixing or clumps at all. The chocolate flavor is smooth and not overly sweet. With 40g of protein and zero sugar, it really helps keep me full and supports both weight loss and muscle strength. I like the whey protein blend and overall ingredient quality. These protein shakes are by far the best product Lean Body has come out with. It’s just as it says on the drink, salted caramel and taste exactly as you’d expect. Has all the ingredients and mixed well enough to where it doesn’t taste mushy or bland. Smells good, bottle looks good and the price is unbeatable for a high quality item. This protein is amazing if you are having a hard time keeping your protein up or having trouble with weight control. 1) it taste amazing. 2) great protein for the price. 3) you'll get your daily vitamins 4) the average protein container is 25g of protein. If you doubt scoop it may last you 1 week. Lean body is double scoop and it last you 2 weeks if you only drink 1 day. If you get two cases and drink 2 a day that's 80Gs of protein. I drink 4 a day because I rather snack on this than to drink a soda or ships. It is thick so it will keep me full and satisfy my hunger. It is a perfect coffee mixer. 1 of these with 2 scoops of intent coffee 3 eggs. That's 58gs of protein in less than 10 minutes. I'm also lactose like really bad. I use the Lean Body Vanilla Protein Shakes as a base for my morning protein coffee, and they work really well for that. The flavor mixes nicely with coffee and adds a good boost of protein without any added sugar. It’s smooth, not chalky, and keeps me full for a while. On its own, though, the flavor is just okay — not bad, just not amazing. Still, for convenience and nutrition, it’s a solid option, and I’ll keep using it in my coffee routine.

Great way to supplement your daily diet. Conventional replacement when missing a meal. Enjoyed other flavors of strawberry and banana as well.

I enjoy having this as a meal replacement every once and a while. I make sure I have a couple in the refrigerator when I want a light meal. For me, it is very filling.

It's fairly good except for a slight medicinal taste. The advantage of this drink is the really high protein content, and it's sugarless.
