I am surprised to find that there is a semi-immediate (positive) reaction to this supplement. I will continue to take them and see if the positive effects are persistent. Still not sure when is the best time to take it. For now I am taking it just before a meal.

It's copper bisglycinate. I only noticed after I opened it and took one.

I’ve taken these to help build collagen and to repair the lining of my gut as I’ve had allergies for a few years now and the copper has helped me lower my does of antihistamine and also I react to less foods.

I purchased these as they are listed as having no horrible additives and fillers...great except that the capsules are a pretty blue colour, presumably achieved by the use of some kind of dye that isn't mentioned anywhere.I would like to have been able to read the other and lower rated reviews as indicated but they are nowhere to be found. One wonders why that might be ? Not tried as yet and might have to return if I am unable to find out how this capsule was turned blue !!!!
