Customer service is horrible. If you need help they only communicate with you via email. Part of the email strategy is to put the unsatisfied customer to work… complete a work booklet, send 100 photos, & take 24 different temperature readings over 3 days. If you do buy one, make sure you have a tech locally before pulling the trigger.
