TruBrainNootropic Bars - Focus, Energy, Clarity. Fast Absorbing Nootropics Bars | Brain Boosters | Improve Memory | Stop Procrastination

As a student with a demanding workload, I'm always up for trying new products that promise to boost energy and improve focus, memory, and/or concentration. Do these TruBrain Nootropic Bars deliver on all counts? Based on my experience, they provide sustained energy for several hours and are very dense and satisfying. I usually just grab a granola bar for breakfast, but they don't keep hunger at bay very long, and a grumbling stomach can be pretty distracting when you're in class or taking an exam. I've found that these bars are a much better alternative, giving me the fuel I need to stay focused. As for their other claims about helping to "overcome mental blocks", "improve verbal fluency", or "improve memory", those are a lot harder to substantiate...and may be more hype than substance.That said, I'm quite happy with the performance of the bars. But I was surprised at how small they are given the hefty price; and I have to admit I wasn't particularly impressed by the taste. The flavor is just OK by my standards; I don't dislike the taste of these bars, but I also don't find myself craving or savoring them. I view them as more practical/functional (i.e., a good way to curb hunger and get the energy I need to focus) than something I really enjoy eating. But I do appreciate the high-quality ingredients, balanced nutrients, and the fact that these are vegetarian-friendly. And for the record, I received these in Sept. 2022, and their expiration date isn't until Feb. 2023.Overall, I'm netting out at a 4-star rating. I'm happy with the product, but not in love with it. If the flavor were more appealing and/or the price were more affordable, I'd be more inclined to order these again and eat them more regularly. But for now, I'll be saving them for exam days to give me a little extra oomph. :)

This are, without a doubt, the most expensive snack bar I have ever tried. Even the more expensive of the energy bars clock in closer to a $4 price point. Is it outrageous? Maybe. Is it justifiable? Depends, if you’re someone that already spends money on things like the convenience of eating out - when compared to the costs of foods like that this is starting to look more reasonable.Clearly not reasonable from a serving SIZE perspective (these are small!), but let’s be real - if you’re looking at these you probably already understand that smaller serving size is healthier for you, and you’re paying for the nootropics and other vitamins in these.From a taste perspective these are pretty good. Not Snicker bars good, but healthy bar good. :) As for if they are providing me clarity and focus and energy?Not so much on the energy, but I am pro-consumer of caffeine already. If you are not you may notice an energy boost.The active ingredient for the focus and clarity is the L-Theanine from what I can tell reading the ingredient list. I’m not sure it justifies the price tag on its own as yes, it can be useful, but no it will probably not overcome your procrastination (I’d like to meet the superfood that can overcome my procrastination!)All that is a long way to say yes, I think the claims are justified on this nootropic food. But no, I don’t think they are CRAZY effective - effective in a limited way, yes.If you like to indulge in fancier snacks that are good for your brain and body these are worth a shot. If it’s a budget stretch and you’re hoping for big results? Not so much.

These bars are just hands down DELICIOUS. The bitterness of the cacao mixes so well with the sweetness of the dates used it's such a dance of flavors on the tongue. They're soft, taste incredible and all natural. None of the fakeness so many bars are full of because of their added ingredients. These are made with all natural and plant based ingredients. They're also vegan, dairy-free, soy-free and gluten free which is a homerun for usThe nootropic ingredients in this are also legit. It's the usual mix of a little caffeine boost mixed in with the L-Theanine and I believe the balance between energy and focus strikes beautifully in these. My only issue is my GOD these are the tiniest bars I've ever seen in my lifeLots of bars on store shelves now are small. That's fine. It seems a lot of good all-natural bars are the size of a Funko Pop! while the junk-filled ones are massive because their ingredients are cheap. That's all fine. Good ingredients are what you're paying for but still...These are sooooo tiny. Two bites and they're gone. I feel as if a lot of the cost is to make up for the amazing packaging. The box and inserts these bars come in could stop world wars they're so beautiful. But you're not eating the box

I need all the brain food I can get! I was intrigued by this little snack bar claiming to help improve memory, mental endurance and overcome mental blocks. I was disappointed that I never experienced any of these claims. I did, however, enjoy the taste of the bar immensely. Upon removing the bar from its packaging, I was surprised how small the bar was. My first thought was that there is no way this little bar would keep hunger away for long. I was pleased however, that even though the bar was small, my hunger was kept at bay for almost 4 hours. The bar is dense with a nice chocolate taste with what seemed like maybe a hint of coconut. I especially appreciate all the great superfoods that are packed into this including dates, quinoa, chia and flaxseed, among others. Even though I did not seem to get any brain benefits from this product, I do enjoy having it for breakfast, or even as an afternoon snack if needed. I think the product itself is very expensive and if the price was lower, I would consider keeping these on hand at all times. If the price is no object to you, I would highly recommend this product.
