Wacky Tube Man!
The media could not be loaded. I bought this for my sister ad a birthday gift. She's got it on her work desk. When she gets stressed it's the perfect thing to make her giggle. Comes with removable plug in cord or 9v battery can be used. In the video I posted its using the battery. So cute and funny!
