4.5 Stars Love It, and Here's Why (Pros, Cons, and Tips):
I've had this cart for 3 weeks and will update this if anything changes. I love this cart and was super happy to find that it works just as advertised. It arrived neatly packed and clean. It comes with everything you need to put it together, including a bungee cord that's handy for keeping it closed up. It was easy to remove from the box and I assembled it with ease. It's easy to open and close. It was simple to tighten the wheels on and insert the bag into the basket. It's seems surprisingly durable for being so lightweight. It was fairly easy to maneuver around tight and sharp corners. I live on a steep hill covered in grass that can get very soft, slippery, and muddy in spots after storms and this rolled though without any problem or much resistance. I love that the tri-wheel allows me to easily tip the cart back and pull it behind me. It goes up stairs with ease and much less jostling than others. The brakes work well and are firm but not too hard to flip. It won't tip over with groceries in it. The handle is comfortable. The bag stays put with the velcro fasteners, and is water and mud proof. Mud and debris don't seem to stick to the wheel or basket. It's seems pretty durable. It's easy to lift the bag of groceries out. The pockets that hang out are deep and super convenient to put personal things in so I don't have to bring my purse ,etc. with me. I can reach into the deep pockets to easily grab what I need and don't have to worry about ripping my gloves or rummaging through my purse. Saves time and $ not having to disinfect a bunch of stuff when I get back. It's capacity is larger than It looks. I fit a surprising amount of groceries in here including over 20 can and and 10 jars along with the other groceries in one trip. I used It as a dolly to move 20 bricks partway up the hill and It worked perfectly and was still easy to handle. -I did put a piece of wood under the bricks to keep the weight from directly resting on the wire joints and scuffs.Cons/Improvements:I wish the handle tilted back little bit from the cart about 4" to make it a little easier to push in front of me. -I have big feet and I take slightly smaller steps when pushing it to avoid kicking it. It would go from 4.5 stars to a full 5 stars from me.It would be nice to have a latch instead of the bungee cord to keep it closed, but it's hardly a problem since I have the bungee.Btw, I heard the company is working on those upgrades and will be releasing the new model later this year. Here's some tips:The rounded end of the tri-wheel nut faces out (exposed). The wheels can be hand tightened but is easier to use the included wrench. Don't over tighten. You can adjust the tension in the tri-wheel. I suggest tightening the bolt (make sure it can still be hand loosened) a nd then loosening it little by little until the wheel moves easily.A purchase well made and totally worth it. I'm very happy. Let me know if I left anything out and I will try to answer your questions.

Sturdy. Easy to assemble. Takes pressure off my back.
I was looking for a way to haul my groceries up my front stairs with ease. I got tired of trying to pick up the grocery bags and reaching out to place in the front porch. I got tired of going up and down the stairs multiple times and tired of the weight on my back. I purchased the jumbo cart. It easily hold 4 fully packed bags of groceries. The wheels make it perfect to take up the stairs. I now do not have any back strain or arm strain and it takes me seconds to load the cart and pull it up the stairs. Easier and faster. The cart is already assembled. All one does is attach the wheels and the company provides the tools to easily screw the wheels on. The liner has velcro tabs to easily easily secure to the cart. It’s easy to pick up, easy to fold, easy to wheel. I loved using it so much I bought another one 2 weeks later. I might get a few more. Great for yard work, groceries, hauling heavy items from point a to point b. My only regret is that I didn’t purchase this years ago. Once I began using this cart, and saw and felt the ease in which to do the chores, I realized I had been putting stress on my body without this cart. It really is a physical stress reducer on a body. It eases your back, eases your hips, eases your arms, shoulders, and neck. It’s an incredible wonderful difference! Thank you to the company for making this! My body appreciates it! 5 stars out of 5 stars

Almost perfect
This is a review for the bigger version.I've been looking for something that can be a foldable hand truck and shopping cart that can climb stairs. Most important to me are the quality and functionality of the stair climbing wheels and the strength of the frame. The wheels: The stair climbing wheels are great...like good roller blade quality wheels. The front wheels are solid...like hotel luggage cart good. I tried it on some indoor stairs. It went up and down very easily. I wonder how well it will work on steps that don't have the riser part to them or if the stairs have a large exaggerated lip to the step. Will the wheel get caught in steps like that? The frame: When comparing this to an old school foldable shopping cart your grandparents probably used, I would say this thing is stronger than most. It definitely has a nice solid feel to it, but don't try playing chicken against the in-store shopping carts at Whole Foods. You also probably don't want to match up to one of those foldable hand trucks. The steel frames on those are definitely stronger. The Hereinway is a really good shopping cart that can climb stairs and step in as a very lightweight hand truck when needed. The basket: The basket is a nice size and it's pretty cool that it can fold up and allow you to use the cart as a lightweight dolly. The basket opens and closes smoothly. It has a nice locking mechanism to keep it in the open position, but I just wish it had also a lock for keeping it closed...other than using the bungee cord. It just naturally wants to open up and say fill my basket!Lightweight hand truck (with the basket closed and just using the platform): You can fold the basket of the Hereinway back into the "spine" of the cart to use it as a lightweight hand truck. I didn't like this so much because the folded basket becomes a bit of a spring board between the spine and the items you're trying to move. It just feels like you're crushing the basket frame. I'd be worried that too many heavy boxes could result in a basket that no longer opens and closes smoothly. The folded basket also takes away about 2 inches of the platform as the items you place on the cart don't actually sit flush against the spine like the platform does.Transport/storage: I wish really wish this thing folded flatter and I wish the handle could retract or fold somehow. It's a bit too big and bulky when folded. It will fit in your closet and it will fit in the trunk of most cars, but nothing else will fit. Unfortunately, I have to return it because it's going to be impossible to store in my apartment when not in use.Overall, this is a great shopping cart for people who need it to climb steps. It's not heavy. It is really well made. I would recommend it...as long as you have a place to store it when not in use.
