I wish I had a before and after picture to show how well it works. It’s almost unbelievable. My dishwasher is about 18 months old and was starting to get lime scale build up that I couldn’t clean off. I didn’t want to scratch up the inside by trying scrape all the build up off so I ordered this cleaner thinking it would keep the build up from getting worse. When I opened the cleaner I was surprised that it was only for a single use and it was a solid, waxy consistency. I put it on the top rack and ran the machine per the instructions. It removed ALL of the build up and made it look brand new. It’s definitely expensive but well worth the price.

Very pleased with the results. I didn’t really expect to see a difference but gave it a shot mostly out of curiosity and because this is our first higher end appliance so we want to take care of it. I was low key grossed out thinking about all our past dish washers… now wondering if they really were sanitary or not. The residue this removed wasn’t exactly visible on the metal. After running the normal wash cycle with this, the metal looked noticeably cleaner. Honestly, I thought this product was going to be a scammy add-on item designed to make the company extra profit selling something you really don’t need but it isn’t. It is very effective and worth the small cost.

It does clean the dishwasher, but it is very expensive

Cleans up my Miele dishwasher to like new, fresh and clean. I run about every 2 or 3 months on sanitize cycle, clears out soap scum, food film.

Super easy to use, just pop into an empty dishwasher and run. Keeps seals from drying out and maintains peak performance. Says to use more frequently than most of us likely will, but still a good product to help protect the investment of an expensive dishwasher.

I purchased this several months ago, after having just used one of those "tablet" cleaners that goes into the soap dish (a sample that came with the DW). That product did an OK job, but left a fair amount of calcium buildup remaining on the DW surfaces. I figured I'd try a different product "next time" so I bought this and stowed it under the sink for several months until the next time the DW was starting to have buildup again. It's a little more expensive, but not a huge difference, and really, every 6 months it's hardly gonna break the bank. I just used this today, and MAN did it work wonders! The DW is gleaming, and there's not a trace of calcium visible anywhere. Just run it in an empty DW then recycle the can. I've put it into my Subscribe & Save items and I'll use it every 6 months or so. No need to ever try another product. This one works wonders.

Got the limestone build up in my dishwasher. Did what it claimed to do. Will definitely buy again!

God bless Miele for this product! Fantastic results! The stuff is admittedly odd - it's a sort of waxy solid inside, not a powder. But it made our dishwasher work again! Before we used this and even after cleaning the filter & using Afresh, the dishes just were not getting cleaned anymore. After? The dishes are sparkling clean and the inside of the dishwasher looks amazing. Worth every penny! Much cheaper than getting a technician in and much much MUCH cheaper than buying a new dishwasher. We plan on using this every 6 months for maintenance, possibly every 4 months.

I originally gave this product a low rating. My mistake. After doing a few loads of dishes and looking closely at the bottom spray arm, screen and sink, I have to change my review. The dishwasher is looking and working like new again. Tub and mechanisms are free of hard water stains and dishes are squeaky clean. Highly recommended. I will be using it yearly or more if needed.

As an owner of a Miele dishwasher I utilize this product in my regular maintenance routine. I typically run a dishwasher cleaner once per month and use this conditioner on a quarterly basis. Although it is pricey it is effective and works as stated. Our dishwasher looks as good as the day we bought it, with no discolouration on the baskets and no brittleness to the rubber gaskets. Great product!
