THIS WAS A REPLACEMENT FOR the BEDROOM CHAIR I USE FOR WORKING AT MY COMPUTER OR RELAXING AND READING.Ordered on 14TH DELIVERED ON 17TH BY A VERY PLEASANT DELIVERY MAN TO MY SHELTERED HOUSING FLAT, impressive service.I AM AN ELDERLY female & HAD THE CHAIR ASSEMBLED,ON MY OWN IN AN HOUR.the only PROBLEM I had was fitting the arms as one of the screws did not seem to hold but I swapped it for the spare screw that was SUPPLIED. Ideally I should have waited for help from a family member as it was hard work on my own but it should be easy for a younger person to assemble single handed.One happy and satisfied customer 😎

Not so comfortable and mainly disappointed with always crackling sound when seating on it and try to move.

Exactly what I wanted.

Delivered really quickly and looks to be a quality product. Easy enough to assemble except the arms aren’t marked left/ right which is a bit silly. The seat was delivered with a scuff on the top edge not sufficient to send back but spoils the overall impression given it is a light beige colour.The material is an odd sort of synthetic faux suede - not what I expected and I’m not sure whether it is hard wearing enough. Time will tell.As a new chair I expect it will become more comfortable as time passes but first impressions aren’t terribly reassuring.

The chair seat and back are comfy enough, although the back is a bit wonky (to be fair, this might be how it's gone together, as I had a bit of a battle with it on my own!), and the gas lift is also a bit clunky (the one on my previous chair is smooth, this goes down in steps). But possibly the worst things for me are the arms - they are far too high to be comfortable for me. I think, for the money, it is an OK chair, but personally, I wouldn't buy it again.

Written assembly instructions in 4 languages, but English not good. Arms are not marked "left " or "right", so it's possible to assemble incorrectly. There are no instructions re raising or lowering the seat except marking on handle. What the round knob is for under the seat is debatable, I've no idea. No further documents re warranty included, I'll depend on Amazon, no time for any warranty indicated.

Purchased item for my wife who's home worker. Item arrived promptly an well packaged. Had small issue upon assembly which I contacted seller about. Interaction with seller was effortless with courteous and prompt resolution. First class customer service which is commendable. The chair is stylish, comfortable and very good value for the cost. I looked at several other chairs from retailers which were more expensive and in some cases of poorer quality. Highly recommend both seller and the chair. My wife loves it.
