PlanetFlame Factory CE 12"x15" Combo 5 in 1 Heat Press Machine, Sublimation DIY T-Shirt/Hat/Mug/Plate/Cap and More, Swing Away Digital Multifunction Heat Transfer Presses (5in1, 12x15")

I bought this press with high expectations after reading reviews. I have now had it for 3 months and used it less than 10 times and it awful. It doesn't stay to temp. The top plate is never tight enough no matter how much its tightened and has actually fell off during my 3rd shirt ever made. I can only press 2 items before having to stop because the plates so loose. But let's not forget the awful squeal noisy when the press electrical just randomly decides to jump from 315 degrees to over 500 degrees then back to 315... so needless to say it does the job some of the time but this was a waste of my money.

Just got home from over seas and I just opened it the product came used and fuses are exposed it’s a mess I haven’t even plugged it up

I received my item and it worked the first day then it stopped heating light won’t come on or anything. I’ve only had it for a month. Had to bit the bullet and buy a new press. 🤦🏽‍♀️

The dimensions on this product are incorrect. It says 12X15 but it is actually 11.5X15 and I know that sounds petty and it may not matter to some people but the things I bought it for are 12X12 and it didn’t work for me. I will also say that the pressure was not consistent. For HTV It works just fine but for foiling I need very even pressure and I noticed that I had better results with a hand press. Returning it seems easy enough though so I’m not too upset. I went with a 15X15 instead

In less than a year and a half this stupid press malfunctioned and damn near burned my house down. I would try to get a refund but I’m sure the company would do everything in their power to not refund me. If I could go back in time, I would NOT get this press. I would give this less than a 1 star review if I could.Do not buy. Splurge and get a better quality press.

You get what you pay for! It’s not a bad heat press it just doesn’t stay the temperature it says. And the heat is uneven under the plate. I had to buy a heat gun to constantly check the temp. But for me just starting out this was a good press to learn with it!

Its a nice press for beginners and light use. I do see some areas that need improved, weak spots so to speak. As for heat, it heats up fairly quick and retains its heat pretty good. Overall I would say 4 stars for beginners amd small operations. I would say 3 for long term use in a busy shop. . works good for me for now.

The media could not be loaded.  The screw that connects the plate to the handle gets loose after uses and eventuallwey comes off while you are pressing something. My main issue is that after maybe 6 months it has started beeping very loudly n the degrees will start changing rapidly going up to the 400s. I reached out to the company and they simply said it sounded like I needed a new one n sent me a link to a different. Really?? No attempt to fix the issue in any manner!
