Why is this product so much cheaper in iceland? (£5 for 12)

I don't know perhaps it's due to delivery costs as a box of 12 drinks is quite heavy. Its a question that you could put to Amazon or the seller, to see what's going on. But I'm just a customer so I wouldn't really know the Answer, but it has caught my interest.

Do you need to store the drink in a fridge or only when wanting to make it cold before drinking?

No need to store in the refrigerator.. Just keep it in a area out of direct sunlight & in a cool shaded area..
