My first purchase of gel's. This was a great variety pack that offered different flavors and allowed me to test versions with and without caffeine.

Chocolate tastes great. Nice energy boost for long distance runs.

The product tasted great unfortunately every flavor left me with a stomach ache. I had to switch to a more natural brand without maltodextrin

Variety packs are always a good way to try out different flavors and avoid getting sick of the same one.

I am hypoglycemic and normally can't run more than 5 miles or so without needing something or taking a break. I used a mocha pouch about 10 minutes before running the Tough Mudder and it really helped! I completed the whole thing and had plenty of energy to keep me going.

GU Gels taste better and arent quite so viscous - I prefer them better even including the small price difference
