White Chocolate Type Extract, Natural Flavor Blend - 4 fl. oz. glass bottle

Doesn't have the chocolatey flavor I expected, it's a little potent and almost taste like a liqueur rather than an extract. I'm not a pro at this and I'm sure it has its uses, but in my amateur kitchen, it's not the flavor I had in mind.

This was too expensive for what it is. I never write negative reviews unless something really warrants one. If this were like other extracts costing $4-5 than maybe it would be fine. But this does not taste, smell, nor make anything taste like white chocolate. I will caveat that with the fact that I'm sure it is very hard to make a natural, gluten free flavor like that.I would have returned it but I broke the top off the bottle when it arrived. So now it is in a mason jar-

I bought this for a wedding cake that had to be dairy free. I'm not a gourmet chef or anything and I'm not super picky. I just made a basic cake. The extract was so disgusting in my buttercream it was completely inedible. I had to go find an alternative the day of because I refused to serve it. I can't imagine how anyone thought this was remotely sellable. Nasty!!!!

Very intense, a little bitter.

Doesn't taste as product is stated to taste like, cannot be used in beverages or items beside baked goods without a bitter taste

This product works well but sadly I had to experiment way too many times with recipes since this has no usage instructions at all. Maybe a possible recipe booklet or some instructions might have been nice.

This white chocolate extract was perfect for the wedding cake I was making. When I tried to melt down squares, it came out granular but this extract was smooth.

I couldn't find this anywhere and I love the size. I was able to share and it was shipped before I expected it!
