After reading previous reviews i order one size larger then the size of tshirts i purchase. Its amazingly comfortable and does not itch even after wearing it for 3 hours. Really strong material, zipper and velco.

I purchased this waist trainer mainly for back support, though it is actually helping me slim up. Partly because I'm eating less during lunch and I feel full. I assume because I'm all squished up inside. I've since purchased a few other types and brands. The women's products seems to be basically the same thing for a bit less money and slightly different sizing options (some have extenders which makes sizing more flexible). The only downside to this product is that the bands tend to move and overlap each other during the day if I bend over a lot. That said, this is a great product for back support and a good starter option. One final note, I work construction so I'm moving and lifting a lot.

I decided to order this waist trimmer after reviewing many on the Amazon site. My objective was to order a trimmer wide enough to impact my entire abdomen area. Mission accomplished. Belt is cut too small

Didn't work the way my husband thought it would. This can't turn that pop belly to the man in the picture overnight. Takes work along with this belt. He had problem with wrapping the scraps.

I’ve tried three different waist trimmers and this is by far the best one. I use this only during workouts & during my light cardio sessions. It is very comfortable & after the first few minutes I forget I’m even wearing it. I would highly recommend this to someone who is looking Shred down to a smaller waist especially for competitions.

Fits quite a bit more restrictive than the posting suggests.I read earlier reviews that suggested the velcro was poor and even had to amend my own review where I said the same. The product is shipped without instructions so when you put it on you have to kind of figure it out for yourself. What is not obvious is that there is a very thin black cloth that is partially covering the velcro pad. It's thin, the same colour as the belt and exactly the same size so that it blends in almost perfectly. I only found it by accident and, once I removed it, the velcro worked as it should.

Let’s be clear the product and the service is definitely 5 star, however, the order process lacks a sizing chart. I am a 36” waist so I guessed and ordered the xl. Not a chance. Had to go through the hassle of returning and ordering the 2xl.

I really like this waist trimmer having the zipper is a nice addition. Hides under my clothes easily no one even knows I'm wearing it. It's comfortable to wear working or daily activities. I'm happy with the purchase.

Don’t waste your money. At first it seemed okay, but after using it for about a week it started making my body itch, I tried wearing it on top of a cotton tang top to avoid the itching but didn’t work. It put marks on my back and burning (tingling) affect. Wish I could return this.

Its way too loose, comfy and not that adjustable.
