Absolutely brutal.
Absolutely brutal. I'm male, 48 years old, 5' 7" and 165. Fit and long time lifter. I bought the 40lb version to get more mileage out of calisthenics type work. I use it for burpees, pushups, squats, kettlebell swings, jumping, and general walking around. Tried it for the heavy bag but it I was just slow. Pistol squats are impossible (I can do 20 in a row without the vest).Material is super tough and don't see it wearing out.I have a long torso so the fit is ok, but I can see if you're short with a short torso then squats might be hard because the vest will hit your thighs. The waist belts are adjustable so you make as snug as you can and still breathe.Be prepared for a break in period on your traps. Pain in my shoulders was the limiting factor in how long I could wear the thing for the first 3 weeks. Stick with it and you get used to it.Drawbacks - you sweat like a pig under the vest and you look like a terrorist - otherwise great piece of equipment.

COMPLETE GARBAGE, Do NOT buy!!!
DO NOT BUY!!! Complete junk, got it delivered on 6/22/19 used it on the stair master no more then 5 to 7 times for periods of 5-7 minutes, haven’t used it since the first 2 weeks as I’ve been traveling, went to use it this morning 9/18/19 and as I’m walking through the gym one of the weights fell out on the floor, when inspecting it, I realized that the entire rear, lower left side stitching came undone and was frayed. I requested a refund and was told it’s outside the 30 day return policy. I’m not returning because I changed my mind, I’m returning because it’s complete garbage and is falling apart. I don’t think the 30 day return policy should be quoted as why the return isn’t accepted on a product that cost over $100 and didn’t last at most 49 minutes of use. COMPLETE GARBAGE, Do NOT buy!!!

Adjustable 80 lbs Vest is Great for Walking
The 80lbs ZFO Sports vest has great quality. Top pocket (with velcro closing) is convenient for keys and cell phone. There is a bottle strap on the belt. Total weight can be adjusted, up to 80 lbs. Vest comes with 20 weight bags (about 2 x 8 inches in size each bag). Vest has 10 compartments in the front and 10 compartments in the back to load weight bags. Each bag has estimated weight of 3.8 lbs. The vest without weights is fairly light and flexible.Make sure you know what you will be using it for. This vest is great for walking. If you plan on doing sit ups, then I recommend keeping front lower pocket empty, so that it does not hit your legs during sit ups. The front is pretty long, even for 5'10" male. Ask seller questions if you plan on using it for sit ups, running or other activities. If running heavy loaded (for example 70 lbs total weight) than it feels a lot of pressure on joints at the time of landing with your foot on the ground. Top opening is fairly wide - easy to put your head through. Shoulder straps are fairly wide; no padding is needed even when heavy loaded. Walking for 1 mile with 72 lbs weighted vest (vest + 18 weight bags) feels comfortable after several weeks of gradual weight increase. I feel the 80lbs vest was designed for male users who plan on loading it to capacity. When 80lbs vest is fully loaded it will make you look bulky. This is a great weighted vest for walking.

CONFUSED BY FIT REVIEWS :(
I'm incredibly confused by the reviews. I'm 5' 5", the distance from my shoulders to the top of my pelvic bone is 17", and this vest is anything but 'form-fitting, or comfortable. My chest is 34, I am a 32 DD, waist is 26, the belly is 33, hips are 36. The VELCRO band is a great concept, a smaller waisted person would still be able to cinch this tighter if need be, that said, wearing this to walk around the house for a few hours and the Velcro was shifting and the vest loosening. I can’t imagine doing any type of real workout in this. The problem is the FIT, the bottom of the VEST hits BELOW my pelvic bone, resting just above the pubic bone where your hip sockets are, walking is not only uncomfortable, w the weights/vest hitting, rubbing at the crease of my thighs/hips bones w every step, but dangerous, as I almost took a tumble down the stairs when the vest prohibited my thighs from a full range of motion, this was scary for a moment. So any type of exercise where lifting the leg or raising the knee is required doesn't work or is again awkwardly uncomfortable. I thought I could wear this for walking at the very least, but between the bottom hitting my thighs, and the weighted hem settling into my hips and the top moving all over the place, I just can't. I have the waist cinched tightly and that is the only comfortable aspect I can note, until that also becomes loose, that, and that it does rest tightly against my back especially my lower back, until it starts to bear down onto my butt and hips. Getting the vest to fit snuggly against my waist creates a ballooning effect at the chest and shoulders. I could fit a loaf of bread between the space at my chest, and a large lemon on top of each shoulder before they would touch the shoulders of the vest. This effect as relates to the upper body, is LOOSE AND BALLOONED so in raising my arms above my head, causes the shoulder seams (which are thick) to PRESS INTO THE SIDES OF THE MIDDLE OF MY NECK, and it hurts, doing jumping-jacks or any type of barbell exercise where you lift the arms (with or without weights) repetitively would surely be painful. Doing a (1) push-up was fine, however, getting into position to do the push-up was uncomfortable w the weights hitting the thighs while you’re trying to lower yourself into position. Doing a Burpee or even Mountain Climbers ?? NO WAY! At least as this vest fit me, there is no way. Bending over to feed my cat was painful and almost toppled me backward with the bottom of the weights pressing into the top of my thighs. I had to open my legs as wide as they would stretch to allow the vest through. I don't consider myself exceptionally small, nor am I over weight, and this is made for women, after all, so I don't understand how anyone could comfortably do a CROSS FIT session in this vest whose measurements aren't notably much larger than my own. I get that our torso’s are different as well, so I listed mine above for comparison, as well, I am 52, 5’ 5”, weigh 124 #’s, w measurements of 34 x 26 x 36 Oblique twists, Tricep extensions, cable rows, the backs of the arms are restricted and hit (preventing full range of motion, the seams that are NOT SNUG OR REMOTELY CLOSE TO THE BODY. This piece doesn't work for me at all. Bummer! I’ll be returning it. The construction and quality are seemingly fine, I won’t own this long enough to really know how it holds up, I did like that the weights themselves are housed inside sealed sleeves making removing and inserting them effortless, though three of the longer ones (sleeves) were ripped apart so there was that.

Im 6'0 180lbs and this vest fits like it was made for me
Im 6'0 180lbs and this vest fits like it was made for me. Extremely adjustable for any size and super comfortable. I'm giving it 5 stars and highly recommend for anyone looking for a weighted vest. For this amount of weight at this price and the quality of this product is a steal. Buy it!

Doesn't fit tight enough for smaller people.
5'2", 125lbs female. Got this for adding weight to my workouts & runs & simulating gear. Came with a ton of extra sand bags (got the 60lb) that I have no clue where they would fit on this. Biggest problem I have is that it doesn't strap down tight enough for me in the shoulders or waist straps. Both are too long to have it fit right. Considering taking it to a tailor to have them adjust it for me. All the weight is on your shoulders, and no pockets for carrying anything if your pouches are full.

Good quality
Overall quality is very good for a mid-range weighted vest. A higher quality one (with steel bars instead of bags) will start at 250$ for that weight.Pros:-Good price for a 2-40 lbs vest- Padded shoulders- Adjustable waist and shoulders straps. So it is very "snug" (if you want it to be)- Good quality velcro and thick fabric.- Not too long (I'm 5'10"), so it does not restrict the range of motion on exercises like squats\sit ups\lunges etc.Only con: the weight bags seem to be of lower quality. But that's not a big deal, since they're cheap to replace if torn (around 3$ a bag).

Quite long for a tiny man, but so great anyways!
The Good:- Adjustments are simple and easy to change (as much for size than for weights)- Utility pockets are a nice addition- It stays in place, which is my main turnoff on most weight vests. The bad:- If you're 5'6" like me, or shorter, the lenght of the vest could cause problems to squat and similar movements

THE BEST VEST
I bought this bad boy used, and if I did buy new I would be equally as happy paying full pin. The vest itself is high quality, it will last me years. All the pouches for the weights are sturdy with a good velcro foundation, along with adjustable straps on the waist, and shoulder-area.I've had issues with making adjustments in the past being female and having the vest being too loose on my upper body, swaying around when I jog. This does NOT happen with this vest.10/10, highly recommend.

Great product
I purchased this product to make my runs more challenging and my body weight exercises more worth while. Picked it up yesterday and tried it out right away. This product is easy to get use to, does not bounce around while wearing it and is made to last. I am 6’2” and 185 and it fits great as well. As a training firefighter this product definitely does what I purchased it for.
