I bought this on accident thinking it was for holding incense sticks. I added it to the ash in my incense burner and learned about it's extraordinary properties later. I'm not into magic, which is why I had to write this review. Perhaps its coincidence, but believers will probably say it's not; I feel less depressed these days and it started right around when I mixed this stuff in with the ash in the incense burner. So, it's hard to say that was a placebo effect because I didn't know what it was for originally. Take that for what it is.
