Tool worked as it should
Ordered this spanner wrench the repkace the cvt clutch on my wife's scooter. Did the job but i should have ordered a larger one.

These ARE NOT 6mm and 8mm pins, I need 6 and 8 , they are +- 6.8mm and 8.9mm.
Wow, so disappointed, my project depended on the pins being asstated and as confirmed via questions/vendor, I had to delay theproject for a few days only to find out I needed further delay dueto being given wrong information.The toll is BEATUTIFUL,so well built but the specs are just plain wrong, and can't possibly workfor 6 and 8mm applications.Frankly, I don't believe anyone actually makes a 6 and 8mm pinned spanner,though thousands of us need these sizes.

good design but don't use for very high torque applications
I used this to hold the flywheel of a yamaha 250 hp outboard. The design is pretty good. I extended the handle with a 3/4 inch pipe. But this wrench is not designed for high torque applications. I needed 180 ft lbs to tighten my flywheel and it broke. I think it is good to about 150 ft lbs

Well worth the money.
Had to change bad water pump on 2007 Dodge Nitro. Worked perfect to hold the water pump pulley so I could get the fan clutch off the water pump. Worth the money to me. You can always find videos and articles with "tricks" to get the fan clutch loose and tricks for many other issues too. I personally always like to do things the proper way if possible and using this tool is the proper way to do it.
