I'm trying to understand the positive reviews, because this product, not just my item, is bad.I'm a generic girl. I'm not picky. Good enough is good enough. Fixing to have baby 7, don't care about fancy... Just need functional.1) The pillow itself stinks of chemical smell. I can't stand it.2) it's flat. Yes, even with major fluffing, it's pretty flat, and definitely not comfortable even for a newborn.3) It's so flat, I wouldn't feel it to be safe for my newborn. There needs to be SOME support.4) I ONLY LIKE THE COVER, which has loose threads and such, showing poor work, but the safety belt is worth it and hard to find.For me, it's a dud. But I've had a Boppy before and now what a normal pillow standard should be and feel safe with my baby in it.I have reached out to the company via the card in the box, but my email reported it an undeliverable address. So I assume the only contact for them is via getting Amazon involved.I will update if matter is resolved.Update: Never heard back from company. I hate to spend $30.00 on a cover, but this is the only cover I can find like this, so I will likely keep the cover and get rid of the pillow and purchase an actual Boppy again. Hopefully the cover will fit the Boppy.

Years ago I had a similar product. This was the ONLY similar item I could find on the market today. While my former one had velcro, the sides on this are stitched - and I like that! It is perfect for supporting little babies for sitting up or tummy time. It's perfect for nursing mamas. And for those teens or toddlers (or parents) who just need a nap, it's been found under heads all over the house. Cover is machine washable and dryable. The stuffing is firm but not too much. It arrives in a cylinder plastic cover and looks so small. But after removing it expands quite nicely!! Just fluff it up, let it set a few hours, and put it to use. So easy.

I loves this pillow right away and I would have given it a 5 star if the zipper didnt break and the zipper wasnt even like the one in the picture had no tab to pull. Now I have to buy a new case cause I cant fix this zipper problem

This pillow is perfect! At first when I unpacked from its vacuum sealed bag I was a little confused cause it didn't puff up on its own it was very flat...however after squeezing and playing around with the filling it turned out to be the perfect thickness ...its not super soft on the inside but that's fine because I wanted the actual support when he's feeding or just chilling out i cant wait til hes born to see how he fits in it !Well worth the price.

This was a gift for a newborn. He fits snugly inside the sling and reportedly loves it and stays in it often and is content...pretty colors and good support. Better because of the sling. Less expensive than others too. Great value!

this is great, super soft, pretty thick . only problem I thought it was really big for an older child but this is more for a 0-3 months baby.
