Great product!
Great palette for travel and if you paint plain air on a somewhat smaller scale! perfect for my A6 and A5 sketchbooks. love how handy this is along with my etcher field kit. With both I have everything I need separate and ready to go at all times from the supplies I use when painting at home.I chose this over the 39 well version because 39 colors is overkill for me especially for a travel palette and the amount of each did seem too tiny. In this 19 well version, both the number of wells and the size of the wells seem much more reasonable and practical for being a “mini” paletteThe pans were easy to fill and dried fast. I was worried I’d make a big mess when filling this but it was no issue and was not messy. The small well size in both versions was what i was most unsure about while deciding on buying but is a definite positive now, it’s nice to not have to worry about filling them with watercolor paint layer by layer and waiting forever for drying like when filling whole/half pans. Especially since you’ll need to refill more often. I filled these the first time, left overnight with lid off and they dried entirely by morning.ONE CON before I purchased was definitely the price but I’m so happy with it that so far its been worth the cost (even tho it really hurt lol). And it’s just fun to use and makes me smile for how cute and “mini” it is. I am happy with my purchase and I would pay the same again if anything happens to it. Five stars ⭐️

Easy to clean, great for cluttered tiny desks, use as a color wheel.
I have both the 19 well and 37 well design palettes. I have enjoyed the 37 since it came out, but found that it was really easy to cross contaminate colors because the spacing between the small wells is tiny. Getting color out of each well was difficult with anything larger than a size 4 round brush. It was absolutely perfect for detail painting and cramped spaces, like my terribly cluttered desk. This new 19 well version provides bigger wells and the spacing is less likely to be an issue for mixing all of your paints together on accident. I love that I was able to set it up based on a color wheel, it was easy to start planning after picking my favorite primary trio. Easily mix neutrals from compliments based on their opposite position in the 12 slot ring. I put some of my favorite fun colors that I use the most in the inner rings. One of my favorite things about the palette is how it feels so smooth and less likely to have wet mixes bead-up/pool in an unruly way than my plastic or enamel coated metal palettes. It wipes easily clean, sparkly perfect white, like it's brand new each time I make a mess! I've gotten other cheaper palettes, but this is just really convenient for the way I work at my computer desk, so the cost was worth it to me. I typically paint small, with small brushes, 5"x7" or sketchbook work and this was perfect for me.

Perfect for any time painting
Didn’t think I would like it but after watching others on YouTube use it, I ordered it. Absolutely love it for practice painting and small fun projects away from my larger studio area. Holds all my favorite go to colors and has a separate mixing palette. Highly recommend.

Very Nice but somewhat impractical.
Well made but difficult to know where similar colors are in the wheel. Most unlikable is that the tin is very difficult to open and close.

Love this little pallette
This palette is a fantastic little travel companion, 19 wells seems to be the perfect size, I wouldn’t want the one with more wells, I think they would be too small to use effectively. This is a little on the heavy side (especially for my use while backpacking lol) but if you like mixing on ceramic it’s well worth it

Beautiful for your desk
Makes me smile seeing it on my desk. It is heavy and a quality piece. Good for when I am working small. I am clumsy and waited so long to splash out for it I won’t risk carrying it around.

Case is hard to open, not worth the trouble.
The idea is nice, but the tin to hold the palette is too difficult to open and makes it likely to spill the porcelain on the floor just trying to get it out. Should be a threaded lid, especially for the price. Mine also had casting flaws (looked like some clay squirted out of the mold and wasn't trimmed) on the outside of the palette. This wouldn't affect the performance, but for the price I think the craftsmanship should be higher quality. My palette seemed to have been a returned item. The box was clearly damaged and tape had been pulled open before. The card giving access to some online classes was missing as well. I contacted the company about the missing card and got "It's always in there, look again" as a response. Between that, and the aforementioned design flaws I had to return this item.
