I was sad to see this book series end.The first major thing that made me so angry was that Michael ultimately supported his evil, rotten son Max to hurt Blake and Erika. His betrayal really upset me because he had done so much to help Blake establish and legitimize himself.I was happy that Erika was shown to have a strong back bone and not fall apart when crisis hit.I was also happy that Daniel finally redeemed himself for being such an evil jerk.I do feel things were tied up a bit too neat and tidy but all in all I was very happy with this book. I just wish the series would never end. Little sub stories that I get charged $2.99 to download and read about a sexy weekend don't really make me happy.I paid full price for this book and am providing this review for informational purposes. Hard Love was the last and final installment of Meredith Wild's Hacker series but also the culmination of all the hopes we readers have had for Blake and Erica's love story. The series is wrapped up beautiful with a perfect ending to couple that faced all different types of adversities and dispite it all triumphed in the end.I would have loved to read more about how some secondary characters made it in the end. They were so much a part of this series that I kind of missed them towards the end of this book when I didn't hear much of what happened with them. I loved the fact that this book included Blake's point of view as well as Erica's. The writing was flawless of course. Meredith is an amazing writer and well versed in writing the steamy stories that I love reading.I can't wait to hear what's next for her now that the Hacker series is done. But secretly I hope she does some spinoff books based on secondary characters from this series. So I can finally know what came of them.

It's always hard to say goodbye to characters that have taken you through such an incredible journey. Hard Love by Meredith Wild is the fifth and last book in our beloved Hacker Series. It takes us through the love story of Blake and Erica, two souls that strive to be together against all odds. There were so many moments of clarity for me within this book. Pieces that finally clicked in the master puzzle. Also, the author gave our newlyweds a future to look forward to, even knowing it wasn't going to be be an easy road.In typical Hacker fashion, the fifth book was also a wild suspense filled with mayhem, intrigue, and plot twists you never saw coming. I love that you don't know what's going to happen, that you have to demolish the book to really figure out each piece. It just shows how gifted Ms. Wild is with her story telling.If I was asked what my favorite part of the Hacker Series as a whole, aside from the wicked hot love story, and the impressive suspense, it would be the kissing. Meredith Wild writes a kiss scene that puts you in the moment, makes you feel the intensity, the anticipation, and the love within every word. I adore that gift she has.Overall, Hard Love was a perfect ending to a beautiful love story. At times it was aggravating, wanting to know what happens next, other times it was heart-melting and stunning in it's beauty. It's a series I will reread a year from now and fall in love with all over again.

Meredith has definitely stolen my heart with a great ending to a fabulous series!I was definitely not ready to see this amazing series come to an end. Blake and Erica's story is so beautiful, though not without its trials and tribulations, and in the end i expected nothing else than a very HEA for them. This will be a series that i read over and over for sure! Thank you for having such a great creative edge to take their story through so many highs and lows and yet, to make things no less than perfect for their future. Though i feel like it ended rather abruptly, I am very happy and relieved that everything worked out for the best for both of them

I love reading books with 3 or more series in them and saw this series and thought I would give it a go. I love drama and romance and this didn't disappoint me. I downloaded all five books and could not put them down. One night I stayed up until 2-30 am to finish one book and read them all within a week.I loved the characters Blake and Erica and and loved how strong Erica's character was. The drama on how Blake and Ericas past kept coming back to haunt them and I felt as though I was in the story with them. I honestly could not put these books down. I loved This man series from Jodie Ellen Malpas and The Crossfire series from Sylvia Day, but Meredith Wilde is now my new favourite author and I'm now going to download The Bridge series to see how that compares.Thank you Meredith Wilde for such great books, I will definitely be reading these again in a few months time.

Absolutely amazing series, loved each and every book. This series as everything, steamy sex scenes, angst, a bitch of an ex we loved to hate, plenty of baddies, twists and turns and of cause an amazing love story. Merediths writing it so good, easy to read and flowed well, with fabulous characters. Loved Erica, she is such a strong and clever woman. Now Blake .... omg Blake, he is gorgeously hot !! The love and chemistry between these two is off the scale. One thing i did really like which made it different to other billionaire romances is that Blake didn't really throw his money about obscenely, unlike some similar books. This final instalment was fantastic. I would definitely read more from this author. I would love to read spin off books of other characters in this series, such as Ally and Heath, Fiona and Parker. 5 massive stars from me. Recommended !

A poor finale! I have loved these books. Great story, great but annoying heroine, amazing dominant and lush sex scenes. I read the first three in succession and screamed when I realised there was a fourth. The fourth was worth waiting for and I assumed the final one would be! Sadly Wild has let down her readers down by spending half the book explaining the first four books! As a fan we don't need a review, we just want the story! DoesTolkien explain the fellowship of the rings in return of the King? No! So why has Wild ruined her amazing series by trying to write this final book as a stand alone. So loved Erica and Blakes story but disappointed by final book.

Really enjoyed the final book in this series - story was pretty good and all lose ends tied up. Series has been compared to Fifty shades but whilst there are a few similarities, lots of sex, drop dead gorgeous billionaire, this series has a decent story, the characters are better and more importantly unlike fifty shades it is well written. Definitely worth a look if you like this type of book.

This final book of the hacker series nicely finishes off the sizzling romance between Blake & Erica, it all starts in book 1 Hardwired, this series is well worth a read it keeps you wanting more which is why I have now read book 2 (Hardpressed), book 3 (Hardline), book 4 (Hard Limit) & book 5 (Hard Love), it is up to individuals whether they like this set of books, however I don't think anyone will be disappointed in them.

I'm saddened to know that this is the final book in Blake and Ericas journey, and wow what a fantastic journey its been.This final part of the series of books kept me on the edge of my seat, with all the suspense of their love story, their battle to keep the love they have for each other Forever.Meredith is a fantastic author her story lines are gripping, keep you wanting more and making you never want it to end.BRAVO a fantastically well written book.

Sad to see the series end, Felt the ending was a little rushed and a few questions needed to be answered but all in all I loved this series and would defo recommend it x

Sorry that this is the end of Erica's and Blake's journey, I enjoyed the story. This one wasn't quite as gripping as the others and maybe it was a book too far but I'm glad I read it. I liked the little bonus scene from Blake, maybe more of that would be good. Really well written and great character development. I look forward to more from Meredith Wild.

I flippin loved this series. Everything Erica and Blake went through with themselves, their families and friends tugged at every emotion possible. All the ups and downs. Every bit of love, turmoil, twists and turns. Absolutely loved it all. Will definitely be looking for more from Meredith Wild.

After reading 50 Shades I came across the hacker series. I was never into reading erotic novels, but had to read 50 Shades after the big commotion over it. Anyway came across this series and loved it. The characters are developed better, The relationships between the characters. The story has twists and turns and has you on edge at times. Could not put this book down. I have read all the books over at least three times. Have them on my phone and bought the paperbacks. Differently a must read. Was very sad to finish reading the final book.

I was a bit underwhelmed by this book. I'd looked forward to reading it as I'd enjoyed the rest of the series. This just felt pointless - yes it tied things up by the end but at the same point, it felt like the book had just been written for the sake of it, not because the story dictated it should be. Quite disappointed to be honest.

What a lovely ending to the series.My heart was in my mouth reading this. I feel mixed emotions. I fell in love with the characters in this story but im feeling slightly empty that their story has come to an end. Can highly recommend this series to anyone. X

I really liked the first three books and was even captivated by the fourth one, but this one really lacked substance. It was extremely predictable and I didn't like the rushed ending. I'm glad it was the last book because I wouldn't read anymore. Overall it was quite boring and a poor way to end the story of Erica and Blake.

Could not put the book down. Though there was repetition of the story line you could still feel the joy, despair, confusion, uncertainty of what Blake and Erica go through in this book.A superbly written series that never let's you down at any time. Well worth the cost.Congratulations Meredith Wild!
