Google 2 Pack Wi-Fi Router (Renewed)

I added this additional access point (though it can be purposed as a router) to enhance the WiFi signal to the back porch and outside deck. The entire Google Mesh system is very easy to set up, requires no programming, close to plug and play, etc. consistently delivers excellent performance, and has a quiet form factor. My home is masonry with solid plaster walls, oak doors, and two steel beams, It's a nightmare for any signal to drive around corners and through these materials. Yet I have not one dropped or weak signal. This is a 1st generation system, a three-pack - a router and two access points and you can add 2 more and cover your neighborhood - I know the 2nd Gen. is better, as it is faster and operates on the latest network. Remains one of my best tech purchases; it does what it says, no skills needed and it just works.

I bought this 2 package deal because my apt is only around 1000 sq feet and did not need 3 of them, but wanted to make sure I had strong internet throughout the place. Our provider is SONIC and these work perfectly with it sending a solid signal all through the apt. They also look great! WAY better than the antenna routers I've owned in the past (which my cats always end up trying to chew on). Very cool, low profile design. The price for 2 was great and the only sign that it was a "renewed" product was that one of the ethernet cables was wrapped with a different style rubber band. Super happy with this purchase.

Bought a set of two, added a third one and have flawless connectivity in my entire 2800sqf home. Speed degradation is noticeable when too far from the main router but the signal strength is remarkable. I tried repeaters from different manufacturers but they were always clunky and not great at all. A proper mesh system is a whole different thing.I would recommend this to anyone. Great product.Ps: I got refurbished units for a great price and at perfect condition. Go for t if you can find them!

There's a computer in our house that is too far from the modem. It's used for business, and it kept losing the wifi signal. It was making us insane, and though we tried several products, after switching providers to see if they could improve the situation, we tried this. It was easy to set up, though I had trouble understanding the instructions and failed at it for two days. I DO wish companies would realize that not everybody is versed in cyber-speak! WRITE THE DIRECTIONS IN PLAIN ENGLISH, in parentheses, if necessary. I almost sent it back, and how sad that would have been!

I love Google mesh solutions, as they are fantastic at dramatically expanding the wifi footprint around my home and my property. Super easy to install, a great accompanying app (Google Home), and super fast connectivity everywhere. What's there not to love?

Very happy. I have Midtel optic cable in rural Albany, NY .Their supplied Combo unit modem/ router in the past year started losing WiFi strength in far ends of my small ranch home. I watched YouTube for reviews and settled on google WiFi 2 pack reconditioned for $108. from Amazon. It really set up as easy as all the videos stated. I’m 65 years old and still prefer knobs for radios and washing machines, etc. Somehow google turned off the combo WiFi I think because the new router automatically did what it was supposed to. Then the second router in the 2 pack set up just as easily and shows up on my iPad (Google WiFi) as a point. Whole house works great.😍❤️🙏💪
