This has a good, natural flavor, is low in calories and mixes easily. I use it to make protein shakes with almond milk, green smoothie, or mix it with water when I need a quick protein boost at work. Shipping was fast, item came sealed and packaged well.June 2013 Update:I have been using this protein powder for a while now, and something has changed from the ones I have previously purchased from the store. The consistency is not the same, in short, it is very chalky and does not dissolve well like it has in the past. The best way to describe the change is that the powder seems heavier. I have had to sift it before using it, and often times there are bigger powder particles left in the sifter- that have the appearance of small chips I will finish the one canister I have remaining, however I think I will have to find an alternative. Also the flavor is not what it used to be.

I searched through so many different protein drinks after Kashi stopped making theirs. This one isn't perfect - it has almost no fiber, but that is easily remedied with clear, unflavored, soluble fiber powder. Just mixing it doesn't really do the trick. I use a hand blender and that seems to help the consistency. The vanilla mixed with about 1/4 cup fresh or frozen fruit is really good. I like that the sweetener, stevia, is not artificial. This has very low fat content, sugar, calories, and few carb compared to many of the "diet" shakes and other protein drink mixes. Read the label and you can understand the ingredients. The price for two canisters is a great buy, especially with the subscribe and save option. I take one of these almost every day after my work out and have recommended it to several friends. I wish they made one just like it designed for men for my husband!

I love this protein powder! It's the best tasting healthy protein powder I've found and I don't mind the consistency (which is usualy a problem for me with protein powder in my smoothies). I keep rendering this one because I like the way it tastes and it blends in smoothly with my smoothies (even my kids don't notice it in their smoothies)! I had been buying a new protein powder every month searching for an affordable protein powder I could tolerate and I finally found one I actually like! Also, its super healthy and full of great ingredients, I'm done searching for the perfect protein powder and I've reordered this multiple times now 😄

I would not purchase this product again. To minimize the calories, I just mixed with water and drank it in-between meals. I had to hold my breath to gulp it all down. First off, the vanilla does not taste like vanilla. Secondly, the powder is not very easily mixed and looks like it is just suspended in the liquid (settling after a while to the bottom of my cup). I purchased this product as a subscribe and save but cancelled it after one purchase because it was just AWFUL!

I have mixed at least a dozen different shakes with this powder and still find the taste hard to choke down. Disappointed.

I read before I purchased this that numerous people said this had a bad after taste & was gritty. Those reviews were right. Not fond of it,but it gets the job done.

Great product but packaging was a nightmare it’s spilled all over and the container opened. 4 stars for product and 1 star for packaging

Not too bad as far as taste goes -- doesn't mix well so be prepared to stir and stir and stir. Also, the can doesn't last very long. I changed brands because it just wasn't cost effective.
