Makes great crepes. Make sure you use melted butter on pan every 2 to 3 crepes. I start my nu wave at 300 then reduce to 270 and the crepes come out awesome.

The first time I used this crepe pan over a gas stove, I started hearing cracking and burning plastic smell. After inspecting the pan when I was finished cooking, I noticed the underside of the handle near the pan had bubbles in it where it was obviously melting. This is highly dangerous. I just wasted 40 dollars. Unfortunately, you just can't trust Amazon reviews anymore. Very sad. I don't even blame the manufacturer. I blame Amazon for not vetting the reviewers of some of these products a little better.The seller even states in the Q&A part of the product description that this pan is safe to use on a gas cooktop. WRONG!!

Love this crepes pan! I was looking for this quality for a long time. Finally got what I needed. It is heavy and handle doesn't overweight it. First I bought larger one 10in and after using it I decided to buy second one, so the process will be twice as fast. Just this smaller size works best for me. Still love both of them.

This is a good pan, the heat distribution works equally on gas or induction cooktops. The material is easy to clean, however the handle is lacking solidity and strength, so it’s unlikely to withstand heavy use. I returned this product and purchased a pan with a riveted stainless steel handle to guarantee long lasting use!

I’ve been looking for this for years. I use it to heat up tortillas, to make pancakes, hot sandwiches etc. been using it for 2 weeks on a daily basis and is in excellent shape, it cleans up in a second.
