Seals with no leaks, but doesn't fit into groove.
Doesn't fit into grooves on filter canister, but it seals and doesn't leak. For peace of mind, I would prefer it to seat into o-ring indentation. Description said this matches my whole house filter model.

Finally found the real deal
These o rings look oem the exact fit is a must for my GE Smart water filter. no copy cats fit. this one does will order more.

Did not fit. O rings where not the correct diameter or size. Worthless !Don't waste your time or money.

Too large a diameter to fit
Ring is too large. Won't fit a GE filter housing. Buy this and you be wondering what to do to put your filter system back together!!! Buy original GE OEM to be safe, not stuck.
