I got a couple of these for a CNC project that required cutting 3/4 thick birch plywood.I was amazed at the perfect cut on both top and bottom, absolutely no feathering or sanding needed.I was able to push the feed faster than I thought I could and these went thru the ply like butter.I will report back after I use these for a while and I see how they hold up long term.

I recently ordered additional Align cutters because the first one has held up well with repeated cuts on Cocobolo and Walnut.

This is my 2nd bit I bought. The first was the O'flute and very impressed with it. This compression bit is excellent and I will be purchasing more bits from them. Very reasonable in price and long lasting. Highly recommended.

the bit is super sharp, the finish is crystal clear and the cutting edges are very clean. Excellent product!!!-tested on MDF, Acrylic and PVC.

Good value

I run a CNC based business full time and am trying to locate a reasonable priced alternatives to our most used tools. I have bought several different.25 compression bits to try out. We are keeping track of # of cuts for each bit as we cut the same material and took paths constantly Good bit for $. Cuts very clean. Not sure about the longevity of the sharpness. I may try and update this review. Also it is .25"Update. The longevity of this tool is good. Not as good as the big ama+# or ons!+d but at a fraction of the price definitely a better alternative. The only difference in the cut quality in my opinion is the chip removal is a little less effective than the 2 big name brands I have used.
