Mild Flat Foot Arch Support Insole

Just what I needed. I bought a new pair of boots and having narrow feet...the heels were a bit loose. These inserts are PERFECT for taking up some of that space without making the boots tight and since they are 3/4 length they do not interfere with the toe either. Exactly the result I was hoping for as I knew that full inserts wouldn't work for the heel area without cramping the toe box. My feet are happy and so am I.

When I bought some good boiled wool house slippers they kept my feet cozy but had two inconvenient flaws. I kept walking out them sometimes tripping even AND since I have high arches were not comfortable all day. The solution was to get some good 3/4 arch supports to solve my issues. I wear supports in most of my other shoes and while these are not inexpensive they are worth every penny for all day comfort. So I just consider the relief I enjoy a necessary cost for the new comfort I get. So far they hold up very well and my carpets stay cleaner longer since by I change into them when I enter my home😊.

Fits well in my shoes. Is comfortable. However, plastic bottom already cracked a bit.

I like the 3/4 lengths. I used some double sided real strong tape the length of the inverts. That worked real well and stayed in place.

These do seem to boost and support my arch. Firm, but with a little give to them. I put them under the shoes’ insole. This arrangement does raise the heel, which may bother some people but I think is working for me. They do take a couple of days to get used to. I wore them an hour the first day, then increased slowly over the next few days, switching to other shoes for a few hours after wearing these.

Advised to get these by a physio. Apparently I have flat feet. These don’t look comfortable but once they are in place there is no problem. Good fit, easy to use and comfortable.
