Alister For Men Facial Moisturizer Smoothing, Daily Hydrating Lotion - Pheroboost Infused with Aloe, Salicyclic Acid + Allantoin - Vegan, Sulfate-Free, Cruelty-Free, Paraben-Free - 2 oz

If you look at the video, you will see that this moisturizer is a bit “opaque”. In other words, it’s not completely white, like a lot of suntan lotion. Due to the consistency, it applies really easily, and you’re not doing a lot of rubbing trying to get the “white” to go away like a more “suntan lotion type” of moisturizer.This moisturizer isn’t sticky / tacky at all. A nice feeling all day long.There is a very light fragrance (perhaps eucalyptus??) but it’s very mild, and doesn’t linger. This certainly does not take the place of cologne.I’m allergic to some moisturizers, and always check it on my wrist first before applying to my face. I have no issues with this moisturizer at all.

If I don't use a daily facial moisturizer, I will wake up in the morning with dry, irritated, flaky patches of skin below my eyes, at the corners of my nose, and on the sides of my mouth. This is why I requested for review the Alister for Men Facial Moisturizer. It does keep my face hydrated all day. I use it as often as I need. Normally, I use it after I shower and after I wash my face before bedtime. Sometimes, I use it during the day, after I brush my teeth. I've been using this product for nearly ten days and haven't experienced any ill side effects such as acne, rash, or hives. Initially, I was afraid that I might experience an adverse side effect because it contains salicylic acid. Several years ago, I used a grapefruit scented body wash (intended for acne prone skin) that contained salicylic acid. Within a few days, I had a heat rash that slowly spread all over my body. At first, I thought it was a coincidence. When I stopped using the body wash, the rash slowly began to disappear. A few weeks later, I began using the body wash again. Within three days, the rash once again appeared. However, this time, I immediately halted usage of the body wash and my skin cleared up faster. The Alister for Men Facial Moisturizer is a white, creamy lotion that smells like a citronella candle. The literature claims this lotion is infused with a pheroboost that is supposed to attract females. I doubt that. (I don't believe in aphrodisiacs.) With its citronella scent, it may keep female mosquitoes away. I haven't been bitten on the face since I've been using this lotion. I do like the fact that it contains aloe, which heals burns. It is often used to treat dry skin. Whenever I buy body lotion, I look for a brand that contains aloe. I know that aloe will help keep my skin soft and smooth. The lotion's two-ounce tube is very small. It is not worth the retail price of $18 (at the time of this review it is on sale for $13.50). I am willing to pay $10 for it. If I use it faithfully, but sparingly, this lotion should last me four to six weeks. The tube should've been received inside a cardboard box from the manufacturer or shrink wrapped in plastic, but it wasn't. Neither does it have an expiration date. I used a magnifying glass and couldn't locate one. (I am a firm believer in expiration dates; how do I know if the ingredients are still fresh?) This lotion does, however, have a lot number on its crimp: U267-ABL. (I believe this is a lot number.) The tube was received with a protective silver foil beneath its large easy-to-screw-off/easy-to-screw-on cap. The foil prevents inadvertent leakage and spillage during shipping and handling and also serves as a deterrent against intentional tampering by some weirdo. If the price was about $10, then I would highly recommend this two-ounce tube of masculine facial moisturizer from Alister.

Smells kind of like peppermint gum. It’s not a heavy lotion, I like that. Two ounces per tube, I won’t be slathering it over my face. However, as a moisture it works used sparingly.What’s supposed to set this apart from other facial lotions is the infusion of pheromone. The guys in the product photos with women, seem to be happy. These days of social distancing and mask wearing, it’s difficult to immerse myself in a crowd of women to see what effect the lotion has on them as a test of the pheromone. Until then, I can say that this is a pretty good facial moisturizer................................................................................................This lasted a month. I ordered another tube. I don't know if it's those pheromones, but I feel as though my spirits are boosted. I look forward to putting on my face. As an aphrodisiac, it's attracted me to me, a little narcissism is good.

Applied in the morning after face wash and immediately felt very refreshing. I loved this product and would have easily rated then 5-star but with the packaging and the misprint on the bottle, I had to deduct one star. I tried this moisturizer to make it a combo with the pheroboost extract from the same brand which I got a few weeks back.My 2 cents below:Pros:- Incredibly awesome scent. Loved it. All of Alister products seem to be having the same smell. Pheroboost extract didn't do any magic as such but it did enhance the scent a bit- Feels cool and very refreshing- It is moisturizing enough- Non-greasy and feels good- Good ingredients. No chemicals. Vegan, Sulfate-Free, Cruelty-Free, Paraben-FreeCons:- It just came as a bottle wrapped in plastic, not even in a ziplock. I was literally surprised to see it coming that way since their pheroboost extract which I got a few weeks back came in a nice little box. However, I was peaceful when I saw a seal on the neck of the bottle.- If you see my attached picture, The writings are misprinted. Very bad quality check from the manufacturer end- Also, I could not find any expiry date on the bottle anywhere. I was curious to see because the packaging was bad so didn't want to take a risk but eventually ended up with no details

Applying a small amount of this moisturizer after showering, I have found that my face feels softer and nicer, which I have appreciated as has my better half.The smell is very pleasant, with something resembling a sharp, minty note to it. The feeling of the moisturizer is also pleasant. It's not greasy, and it rubs into the skin easily.The vague claims made about the "pheroboost" sounded silly to me, and I haven't noticed any difference from before in my wife's response to me. Perhaps I was just always irresistible. Due to the current pandemic, I haven't spent a ton of time in public, so I can't say whether the pheroboost will have women throwing themselves at me, but I have my doubts.Nonetheless, for the great smell and nice moisturizing, I can certainly recommend this.
