The cone burns for less than 5 minutes and it barely has any scent.It smells like burnt ash that's all. But it still does the job, as long as there's no wind/draft, and no one is breathing on it the smoke smoothly cascades down and it looks mesmerising. Bought two of them only one opened so far, I hope the other one is fine too.

Firstly, the scents it comes with are cr@p, but I saw them as a bonus - not as part of the item. I have now bought a variety pack from a different, specialised company recommended by a friend. Since I only found out that the smells were, well, smelly, half way through using it - I can confirm that the pouring effect does work - I lit the ‘nugget’ and a small amount of smoke was given off - I thought there would be lots of smoke, I was wrong and after a quick google I realised that this was right, I thought that there was no way that the smoke would pour down the fountain but once again I was wrong and it’s stunning I highly recommend this product and to buy a variety pack of ‘nuggets’ from a different, specialised company to avoid disappointment.

Love it! Has to be somewhere without the slightest draft tho so you get the full effect. Only small set back is that the cones don't last very long. You want to enjoy it longer. Scent is ok but mixed with burning wood smell. Packaged really well, defo value for money.

The incenses provided with this burner are totally unsuitable to be used - no enjoyment provided and the scent is poor. The burner itself is a lovely design and create quality however is very fussy… The “waterfall” effect is visible while burning incense however does not ever manage to cascade all the way down the burner - typically makes approx 3 rungs then overflows. Sticky residue left over after burning can be not too fun to clean up. Hold alignment at the top is slightly off centre and can make lining up an incense quite difficult especially if incense is already lit. Appreciate the mat provide to prevent burns/mess. The tweezer tool is good.

JUST DO NOT BUY THIS PRODUCT! 1) It arrived with a chip and had scratches all over it, almost looks second hand or used. 2) The insense used does not create that flowing effect you see in the pictures. Its just a sad thin layer of smoke that just stays at the top so you dont see the nice "waterfall" effect. 3) The SMELL of my gosh....... the insense smell is so bad, I am pretty sure its toxic! I started burning it and within minutes I was coughing and gasping. Its not something I advise anyone burns in their home, particularly if you have small children. PLEASE READ the ONE STAR reviews, I read them and thought, ah maybe they just got a bad batch. But I was wrong. This is a terrible product !

Ok so this was delivered today. Immediately opened the box as I was excited. It’s more a greenish than a blue, but it’s really pretty. It’s got a lovely “handmade” look about it that makes me feel that each one will be slightly different. The smoke flow is gorgeous. It’s collecting nicely in the bottom and it’s a strong smell. I used the green one in the packet. The colours in my bag are mostly yellowish and pink, not sure on the “flavour” but there is a mix of colours. The cone didn’t burn for long, Around 10 minutes. But it’s a strong smell. Maybe sandalwood? Very relaxing. Bonus points for the mat for underneath, nice touch with the bamboo cut out pattern. And tongs for removing the finished stick or cone. All in all, my house now smells lovely, it looks good. Works as it should. I’m impressed!

Received securely packaged in its own plain box, with instructions on use . Very pleased with the size and look of this with its lovely high gloss teal blue/green hue colouring, ours also had paint runs between each step which gives a lovely waterfall effect in its own right. Lovely large bag of cones supplied, sadly we only received four different scents, but it does not state anywhere in the product description that you will receive all seven scents so be aware of this. Also enclosed in the box was a large set of tweezers, which proved very helpful to position the cone once lighted, having never owed a backflow incense holder before was very pleased to get the desired effect on my first attempt and the scent (jasmine) was lovely and not at all overpowering, the cone lasted just over 15 minutes. The protection mat included is of a felt material and the incense sticks come in a small plastic tube and are about half the size of normal incense sticks. Hope this is of help.

I bought myself this back flow Candle holder with Candles and incense sticks as a Birthday gift. I'm so Happy with it. The Candles are all mixed together and smell similar but it is a nice lingering smell. It's really relaxing to watch the smoke flowing downwards. I'd Absolutely buy another. But have take 1 star off 5 stars as I was expecting the gold around the edges which wasn't on mine.

Het kijken naar de backflow van deze wierook brander heeft een rustgevend effect 🤤 De geur van de bijgeleverde wierook is oké, maar niet denderend. Enige nadeel is dat je na het branden van twee kegels hem schoon moet maken.

I really have to try 3 times before being able to 'make it work' with the hole in the incens just above the hole in the ceramic. They should insert a very thin pipe (in metal), so you could just put it easily in place every time) When working, it is nice. But doesn't last long (around 10 min!!!). So... not recommended + mine was not delivered with the color code for the various perfums/scents.

Buen producto y la verdad es que es bonito. El incienso que trae no está mal, aunque no huele mucho. Hace más humo que olor, jeje. Probaré otros tipos.

L'articolo è arrivato nei tempi stabili, e è come da descrizione! Mettendo il cono d'incenso in alto, fa la cascata di fumo fino alla base. Gli incensi non sono molto profumati, ma nel complesso è un buon articolo, a un prezzo competitivo! Grazie
