My college student requested one for his dorm room. I chose this model as it’s small, simple, and inexpensive. It seems study, is very easy to clean, and stores in a small space. Rice has been perfect every time. I’d say it has the capacity to feed 4-6 people. My son enjoys experimenting with other things to cook it in.

My old rice cooker the non stick came off so this was the replacement. Smaller than my old one, but solidly made and have not ruined any rice yet. I expect this will be a dull, reliable and good rice cooker that should last for years. so far so good.

The first one stopped working and Amazon replaced it. I haven’t cooked rice yet because I rarely eat rice but don’t underestimate this little cooker. It cooks up perfect grits, oatmeal, carmelized onions, soup and still testing. Super easy to clean. Perfect for small households.

I love this rice maker. I bought one six years ago and it lasted all the way until this last move. We just bought another one. It is simple. It is easy to use easy to clean and compact.

This is a great rice cooker. I live in a household with 2 adults and 2 children, and this is large enough to make more than enough for us for dinner. It would definitely not make enough in 1 batch for a crowd. There is sometimes very slight burning on the bottom if you don't stir it a couple of times during the cooking process. But overall, the rice comes out pretty perfect. I always rinse it before cooking. A steamer basket was not included, but I would not have used it anyway. I love the simplicity of plugging it in, pressing the button, and walking away (at least for a few minutes before returning for a stir). No more boiling over on the stovetop and making a mess everywhere!

It's a rice cooker....but the pot is lined so there is no salt erosion or pitting. It keeps food warm after cooking so I no longer have to time meals around the finish time of the rice. I use only brown rice and it does a great job, fluffy brown rice. I have made soup with it but I will stick to stove top for soup. It is very good for oatmeal but excels with steel cut oats.

Great little pot! My teenager uses 4x a week. Easy to use, convenient. Frees up stove space while making big meals or gives a easy option to make rice. The bowl rim does get really hot where you can touch it on outter part - so be careful. Good for setting up and turning on, but when it is done - be mindful not to leave on the warmer option to long or rice will start burning to bottom.

Quick and easy. Much better quality rice than I was making on the stove. The inner pan is very thin as others have stated, but even though it dented slightly when it bumped the granite around my sink, I must have bent it back into shape well enough as it still works the same. I was pleasantly surprised how easy this is to clean due to the non-stick pan.

This made my life SO MUCH easier. I can just start the rice for dinner and not have to watch a pot boil for 20 minutes, amazing! It cooks a cup of rice in about 20-25 minutes and it's incredibly easy to clean. I have been making beef stock rice with veggies in it and it comes out perfect and moist every single time.

Excelente compra, el arroz siempre queda en su punto en 20-25 minutos; no hay ni que dorarlo previamente ni revisarlo ni moverlo, 2 tazas medidoras (de la incluida) alcanza muy bien para acompañar una comida de 3-4 personas. Es pequeña y fácil de limpiar, la puedes acomodar en cualquier lugar.

It uses the american plug but getting an adapter isn't enough since it says it can only use a certain voltage. Voltage adapters break down easily from my mum's research and also have constant problems with overheating, so just not worth it in the UK
