Worked pretty good for the area I was in. I was 9000 feet up inside a canyon camping and had zero service. With this installed I was able to send and receive texts and also use Snapchat and a few other apps although they were very slow and at times didn’t work at all. I can say that without this I would have had chance of them ever working not to mention any chance of ever getting a text or making a phone call. Installation was simple and straight forward. I mounted it in my truck. You have to be very close for this to work so don’t think you can wander off even a few meters and it’ll work because it won’t. Also you have to reset the signal sometimes but all in all while everyone else is disconnected you will be connected and that’s worth the price to me

I have installed and use cell boosters. I wanted one for my truck. 1-2 bars where I camp in my truck. I get spotty data, no problem with calls or texts. I installed this on my truck and had no improvment with the signal. I emailed the company and was told my installation might not be right. Ok. I followed their instructions and no signal boost. They once again said it was my installation. I took it out of my truck and hooked it up on my garage with the antennas seperated as far as the wires would allow. Outdoor antenna as high as possable. NO signal boost. I have spent hours and exhasted all the ways it can be installed. I will return the unit and try a different manufacture. I felt the support from seller was subpar and just blamed the installation of the product for it's non-functionality.

Doesn't seem to help at all. I read and understand how it works. I thought I'd give it a try but things seem to work better without it. Sorry I went in open minded hoping most reviews were wrong but I was wrong. Maybe it's right for you but not worth it for me.

Product showed up quickly, was packaged great, nothing damaged. I downloaded LTE Discovery and confirmed I had band 13 prior to purchasing. After it arrived I registered it with Verizon (took less than 5 minutes on their website). Was SO easy to install. But, unfortunately it didn't work for me. Not sure why, but it didn't. Possibly my own fault. I am returning it and going to hope my reception is good enough as hubby and I venture out in our RV this season. I had bought this to boost the signal so I could work from the RV and have a great signal. Now I will "wing it". I am not dissatisfied as the product arrived quickly and is exactly what is advertised. Just didn't work for me.

This initially worked okay considering the price, but it broke (wires came loose) after using it only a couple of times.Update - Contacted customer service and they were very responsive. They replaced the broken part and the extender is working again.During our recent camping trip, we spoke to another camper who had a huge extender antenna, but couldn't get a signal. We were able to get a signal with our little Phonetone extender. Signal not strong enough for video conferencing, but we were able to send and receive texts, make phone calls, check email, and browse the internet. Very happy!

I didn't need the tec support was easy to install the antenna magnets could be stronger I haven't tried it on a long distance trip yet

Yes, I verified this (supposedly) works with my iPhone Xs Max T-Mobile band. But it doesn't help, just simply doesn't. I tried from my home and driving around from strong signal areas to weak signal areas. There is NO discernible difference in signal strength anywhere. All the lights were green on the devices, everything was plugged in correctly, etc., etc., yada, yada, yada. It just doesn't help. Don't waste your time being a beta version tester. I returned this for a full refund.I definitely don't recommend this product.

Works great use it while at work in the middle of no where while on service calls.
