I was astonished at how easy this software was to use. It was easier than the directions I downloaded (which appeared to be directed to cases more difficult than mine). I had a Win 10 laptop with lost password; the computer automatically recognized that it could boot from a CD, then launched into a few English language texts of yes/no and click-on questions, and Windows just booted from there! No command language to fool with! It was trivial to add a new password once Windows booted, using standard Windows procedures. I had spent an entire previous evening downloading instructions from other sources, some of which pushed for significant fees. This CD, which costs about $13 with tax on Amazon, made me question how I value my time. Kudos to the authors. I will have to look at what else they produce.

I followed the directions implicitly but this product literally did nothing!!! At all!!! There’s even a note in the packaging basically saying it does none of the things it states it will do as printed on the cd.!!! This wasn’t a problem with my computer because eventually after even more research and trial and error I was able to reset my pc on my own and now finally it’s back in excellent working condition, but NOT at ALL thanks to this cd. It sat in the drive and did NOTHING. BEWARE this product....I don’t understand any of the positive reviews. I removed it from my pc before doing the further work which finally reset it, so this was sadly a complete waste.

Software works as intended. Allowed me to access Windows administrative account and get into a computer for a friend who forgot her password. One limitation I found is that if you’re password is not a local account, it can’t reset it. Still a great tool. If anyone knows a work around, please post it. Make sure you boot from the CD drive.

This was a very easy password reset disk. I have a Toshiba laptop and I forgot my Windows password. I tried the USB password zapper and other USB password reset programs, but they all failed. I think my USB reader might be at fault. In any case, using this cd password reset disk did the trick. The hardest part of using this cd is try to get my laptop to read from the cd player upon boot. On Toshiba Laptops the trick is to enter the F2 or F12 key before boot to get to startup menu to change boot sequence. Once the laptop read the cd, the on screen menu was easy to navigate. My screen looked different than the instructions, but still very easy to follow the instructions on the screen. Easy, easy easy. Took maybe five minutes maximum.

Was skeptical about it working, but it worked, followed instructions that wernt on the card but looked at some youtube videos and got it to work. The website on the card doesn't exist

This disk does not work and I would advise not wasting time and energy on it. I inserted the disk into my laptop and it does absolutely nothing. I went against my better judgement even after reading all of the negative reviews and purchased it anyway thinking I would not have any issues. I tried to follow the instructions on the instructions & support card, which had no instructions other than to direct me to an e-mail. The solutions don't appear to work for me. There is no ease of use. I need to actually speak with someone to resolve the problem.

This product worked great. it took about 10 minutes from the time I opened the CD to the time my computer was unlocked (vs the 4 hours that I put in trying to unlock my computer other ways and they didn't work). The only thing that they can improve on is let you know that you need to boot your computer via CD rom. The best advice I have for you if you don't know how to do that is watch a YouTube video on how to boot your computer from a CD. As well you need to have your computer off then put the CD in or you will have to restart your computer. I know nothing about computers and I figured all this out by watching YouTube Videos.

You got to be a little tech savi like using the Fkeys to boot into the BIOS to change the boot order to boot into the disc for this disc to kick in. I'm so impressed took me a bunch of tries and I did not give up and finally I got my pc to boot into the disc. It was fun finally booting into the disc and deleting the password that I forgot!! At the end I went back into the BIOS to change the boot order back to boot into the my Hard disc drive. I then reboot my pc, windows opened up nicely and I finally got to the moment I was waiting for to see if I had to type my forgotten password. I then clicked on my user account and I was no longer locked out and I recovered full again on my user account. Now there are many different BIOS versions and your BIOS format may not be mine but if you need help with this product I recommend you contact customer technical support . It says it on the sticker thats used to seals the cd wrap on the disc. You will see it when you first unpack the disc. They recommend you call them if you need help! Don't give up you will get access to your PC. Here's a hooray for a good product!! I recommend this product!
