I have tears in my menisci (both knees) and I was diagnosed with tendinitis and Osteoarthritis. I started using Undu after using many other products, pain killers, deep tissue massage, physical, and even acupuncture therapies. My entire body was very tense and suffered from very extreme back pain that actually started from my calves and up to my neck. I wasn’t a fan of using products by “Omnilife” or similar brands but I decided to try it as nothing else was working. I noticed a difference in my ability to move within 3 days of taking one packet in the morning and one in the evening before bed. After about 2 weeks I was able to stretch, pop my back and neck which it was impossible to do before and a month later I began bike riding as an easy way to slowly exercise. It has been 9 months since I started using Undu and I am now part of a cycling team where I will be doing a 320km in a couple months. I don’t have to take the product daily any more but I still take it as a recovery after very long bike rides. It makes me feel full of energy and I recommend it 100%.
