Light but effective. Replaced a worn out ace

Very comfortable, supportive and adjustable. Got it for just $13+, which was a steal! My back didn't hurt at all after hours of leaf raking/bagging. Looks like it will last too. I sometimes remove the lumbar support and use the belt to hold a cold or hot pack if I get a spasm from twisting the wrong way, so it gets double duty.

This is a good product with being able to cinch it tight, but since I’m on the lower size of the range, I wish they had more size choices available. There is far too much material for my needs.

ACE is a brand you can always trust. This Lumbar Brace is sturdy, affordable and made such a difference in my gait and confidence not to fall. Basis stretchy fabric and the Velcro. It comes with a triangular attachment for the back on the inside. I removed as it made the brace feel too tight. My size is S/M and the support is excellent for my needs. I placed it over my T-shirt for getting things done insider my home. Getting outside, I wear a Duluth long tail stretch T over my bra, them the brace without irritation. It’s ALL GOOD. Lightweight and effective.

Even more comfortable and supportive than the worn one being replaced. Love it.

Overall, it took 11 days from order to arrival for an in-stock item from a U.S.-based seller. (Went almost a week between tracking updates from UPS). When it arrived, the outer package had been opened and re-taped shut. The product inside was filthy, as pictured. After cleaning it up, the product is as expected: a back brace. It's fairly comfortable for short periods, and offers good support. I like the adjustable, removable lumbar support.

This is my second purchase of this item. My first purchase was not from Amazon and was $10 more. I would highly recommend this product to anyone suffering from sciatica or lower back pain. My prior one lasted over a year until the Velcro gave out. I wash this in a garment bag in the washing machine and hang dry. I spray it with isopropyl alcohol on really hot days that I can’t wash it. The Velcro is very strong and adjustable.

I sustained several spinal cord injuries and herniated LV-4-5 and S-1 and S-2 including neck injuries. Case in point I'm constantly in pain. Over the last 6 years I've tried all sorts of back braces. Sadly all have not worked. They sag, velcro wears out, metal plating doesn't hold up, bends, or creates moisture from sweating etc. Walking or doing simple things around the house, light yard work was unbearable and within 2 hours time my back was on fire forcing me to sit down and pop pain medication. This brace is the real deal! light weight, easily concealed, no trashcan fit around the waste. No rigidity, no ridding up or slouching. It stays in place and is extremely comfortable and inexpensive. Since my purchase I can walk gingerly for 4 to 5 hours without discomfort. Prior it was 2 hours max. It takes a beating and keep on ticking. Not surprising its an Ace. Don't let the simplicity of its design fool you. It simply works. No Bs .
